Inclusive Innovations approach for Early Childhood Education development support Program to support child development towards Poverty alleviation Action through networks with Nursery Schools or crèches, both in Urban and Remote areas are very crucial! As Public Benefit Nonprofit servant leader, whatever new Innovations approach steps I am taking are the steps that will benefit our Nonprofit and the Public at large especially to benefit underprivileged members of Societies. Despite evidence that high-quality early childhood care and education programs can promote children’s cognitive, motor, and socio-emotional development and to link them to life-long well-being and improve economic outcomes, parents working in various industries have few childcare options. Working parents generally rely on independent home-based childcare providers, which can vary widely in quality and safety, and are usually not formally trained. Millions of Nursery schools in Africa do not have quality Early Childhood Education Development programs opportunities to empower nursery schools workers As a result, an estimated 1.3 million young children, including 5 00,000 under age six, lack access to quality early childcare and may not experience the cognitive and psychosocial stimulation essential to their early development. Many underprivileged members of Societies are going through the Poverty circle due to the lack of access to quality early childhood education Development in their early childhood Stage that is why i am looking at Inclusive Innovations approach for Early Childhood Education development workshops support Programs for Child care providers Centers. To improve childcare in South Africa, Zimbabwe Ghana and beyond through Compassion Soul Winners outreach International new workshop programs with High Institutions that provide online Training programs for Nursery schools staff members, we shall train independent childcare providers in experiential, child-centered learning. and includes in-person classroom sessions, home visits, and an online learning platform. Following Compassion Soul Winners outreach International new Inclusive Innovations approach for Early Childhood Education development workshop support Program in partnership with Nursery schools, Donors and Investors with the Ministry of Education and Training in our new Catchments areas in South Africa, Ghana and Zimbabwe.Training to train nursery schools staffs both in Public and private sectors who will then train childcare providers to use edx platform and other platforms Also under Funders, I will work with Training Center for Community Development to conduct a randomized controlled trial to generate evidence on the model’s effectiveness on children’s cognitive, motor, and socio-emotional development outcomes. I aim to embark in these programs for five years to help improve independent childcare delivery to reach at least 15,000 nursery schools within the period of five years I aim to use content from online early childhood development programs from Various Universities through the edx platform and other platforms that will be implemented in person with nursery school workers and teachers. The Program will show them easy ways to engage them in online Early Childhood Educations Development training programs effectively, and would significantly reduce costs. The research through the platforms are designed to inform public policies on how to cost-effectively bring early childhood care and stimulation programs to scale, in order to support and strengthen Early Childhood education Development in Nursery schools both in Public and private sector. This program will allow me to provide direct support to under-resourced communities while gaining more experience by exercising my God given talent, gift call, skills, knowledge, experience and creative Ideas to support Early Childhood Education development programs. In South Africa, Zimbabwe and Ghana are Countries of immense beauty and vibrant cultures, but many communities both in urban and remote areas face challenges, particularly in education and childcare for vulnerable children.Health care Centers and nursery schools teachers and workers most of them cannot afford to pay for high quality Early Childhood education training programs from high universities around the globe. Many children lack access to quality education and care, which are critical for their development. By implementing this program in nursery schools and childcare centers, we shall work directly with local school owners, teachers, Global high Universities and Funders to create an environment that supports children's growth, learning, and well-being. Share Basic Needs.
Sharing Basic Needs is part of programs. On behalf of the Organization, I started an outreach program in locations in the first Januarys 2025 as well as Introducing Peoples Academics and Professional Skills upliftment distance learning, skills training and skills upliftment programs. We are currently 3 Individuals in the Outreach group, embarking outreach for the Organization. We have seen the importance of proceeding these programs in locations for lives upliftment and the spread of the Gospel of Christ in the locations of Durban South Africa. which will extend ro Ghana, and Zimbabwe. Due to life uncertainty and Financial Challenges, i have found myself in South beach shelter for temporal which I am in the process of moving to the Location to stay with the Community members where i also do have opportunity to share the gospel of Christ with them in the shelter as individuals. That is my personal program for the people in the South beach shelter. That has got nothing to do with South beach shelter programs even though we also donated 5 Cold drink during the Christmas time as a gift to the people in the shelter. We bought cold drinks with the support of an Individual called SELLO, he is a manager of a restaurant that we may provide detailed information's. The drinks were donated to South Beach shelter as an end of year gift to the people staying in the shelter. We requested a Photo from South Beach shelter that if they are serving the people with the donated cold drink in the shelter. no photos till date. No matter our Current Financial Situation, I believe that, that reveals the real love of God and accountability towards humanity. He who is faithful in little things will be grateful and faithful in greater things. That reminds me of our previous programs before COVID-19 Situation that have helped Thousands of Vulnerable groups in our Communities. Appreciation to the pastor who does not want us to mention his name who has contributed R300.00 towards accommodation support towards rent in location. Appreciation to all who are helping pay for the shelter as well Appreciation to the brother that will mention his name later who have donated cloth to help the people. Appreciation to all those who are praying for us and wish us the best. Not only did we donate the drinks, I have got an Opportunity of share the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ with individuals in the shelter. I also have a Chance to listen to the stories of their situations and inculcate hope in them from November till date through preaching the gospel of Christ . We hope to work with all Kinds of Entities who may show interest in our work through an inclusive and inclusion approach. We are at the Moment in need of Funding and resources for outreach and new projects objectives implementation which i believe that everything that we need for projects and programs implementations are already out there. I am still in the shelter seeking help to pay for the rent in a location in which I trust God that w e may get help from Global Communities that will help us to do more for humanity. Do you know that staying in a shelter is like you are staying in prison! I already know that at South beach shelter if i pay for the night i have an access to the shelter from 5:00 PM to to the nest day 10: 00 AM. Yesterday something happened. After paying for the slter around 8: 00pm, I went out sharing the word with an individual in the street. After that i found myself at a place enjoying fresh air and waiting to go back to the shelter in a due time before they close the door as i normally do that. This time when I reached the shelter the door was already locked. I knocked on the door several times and called the security no response. There is a Park outside the shelter where I slept on a banch therefore there was not enough money for me to pay for a guest house or to pay for a hotel. At almost 6:00 they opened the gate for the shelter, I went in and slept for 1:30 mins and then I prepared myself and went out. A wicked leader or a person may say I am going through all these because I was not prepared. I do know that uncertainty is a natural part of life and it can happen to anyone.There is know supper man in this land of the living I am going through or because of the real love of God for humanity!And all these things are empowering me to gain more experience, know how to move forwards with my God given task. Within all these situations God is transforming lives and drawing souls unto himself and makes me feel joy and courage that no matter the challenges I am in the right direction or my God's given task. I know that, they will fght, but they cannot prevail for the God of all mankind has already deliver us frm the hands of the wiked and will continue to do so.

We aim to offer an agricultural skill training Program, Agriculture development and empowerment for youth and individual farmers in Ghana and Zimbabwe . This program will provide them with a solid entrepreneurial foundation and provide a platform for their first venture, thus providing them with hope and a future for food security and food production. To invest in the lives of Youth and Individuals farmers can empower them to become potential Agricultural business entrepreneurs and employees, through training, mentorship and support, which expose them to all the principles of effective business and sustainable Agricultural production. Adding agriculture skills training programs to Farmers in a community will promote education in farming, food production, and land preservation across the spectrum. It will help Increase food security, sustainable Agriculture production, Marketing, Employment, and Economic growth for community development. It will help to alleviate joblessness, hunger, and poverty. We have developed more experience, Ideas and skills for the implementation for this new project How ever Genuine donors, volunteers and investors commitment action is needed. There was an Immigration trend in South Africa, in 2015 from South Africa Immigration trend that Nonmalignant are no longer allows to extend their permit they must go home and do that in their Country, so Immigration handled me to Police police took me to Pretoria police station and put me to jail. Mr. Thabo and his wife came to visit me at the prison.
In the prison was sharing the word with other prisoners.
Mr. Thabo did his best to help, but the police said they also wish to help how ever it is not in their power to help. After two weeks they took us to landela Deportation center and i spend 2 months there in the landela deportation center whiles were sharing the word as well. I deported myself from South Africa with support of Pastor Mon-emo the senior Pastor of AFM Church. This Incidence happened when i was in the process building Organizational structure in June 2015.
I came back to South Africa with support of Pastor David Vifay from Ghana in 2019 and with the help of office bearers I reconstituted all the Organization legal Documents in 2019. In 2020 we started Individuals Farmers and Youth Agriculture skill training programs to empower youth and Farmers even though i was rubbed too. During this period of the training program, the Covid-19 Pandemic Challenge set in to destroyed everything and ended up in critical situation in South Africa.
. I remember pastor Paul who was doing his masters degree at Pretoria University who also provided volunteer services helped in 2014-2015, asked me join him in his very small room for about a month and i found myself in a Scrap yard where i was cleaning the place in order to get accommodation support at the scrap yard.
Let me say this,. Since 2012 till date that we came to South Africa and has been operating from 2012-2015 and from 2019 till date, we would like to tell the world that thousands of South Africa Citizens and few Zimbabweans have benefited from our Organization, No Ghanaian and Nigerian has Benefited from our Organization rather they are the ones that have helped our South Africa and Zimbabwe projects with support of one time donors. And i rely do not understand why South Africa Government pursuing the lives of Non Immigrant due to legal Issue and putting them in Jail instead of helping them to provide solution for them to do more to help their own people. We do not formulate fake information. We always create real; awareness.
I have seen thousands blacks Non. Immigrant who are married to South Africa Women and having Children with them and taking very good care of South Africa women and their Children. I believe that all the Non-Migrants in every country is Created In unique way by the God of all mankind and put in each one of them a potential that can help grow the Country Development, but Governments are punting them in Jail due to Immigration legal Issue. I am not talking about those who are committing crime, i am talking about legal Issue that it is a duty to every Genuine Government to help provide a solution for that, which i believe every Country Government is Genuine.That is our positive mindset for all Global Governments around the world.

I have faith and trust in the God of all Mankind and i also know that every good cause that provide real help and lives transformations for humanity have got their own Challenges. Sometimes the Challenges come to strengthen us empower us and Establish us, for all the Glory, honor and power belong to the God of all Mankind for ever and ever Amen and Amen!.

Due to he Current Organizational crises, it is very Challenge for us to pay for the %10 cost to enable us to have an access to the full causes Materials online. •As servants Nonprofit leaders we can better serve our vulnerable group well as we are well-versed in financial management and understand our roles as stewards. Accountability is one of our priorities!
When times got tough, government, philanthropy, and community members turned to nonprofits; which our Nonprofit also plays a crucial role to help. 71% of survey respondents saw an increase in service demand during the pandemic. Nonprofits organized food drives and distributed other necessities for people in their communities who were sick or at risk, or who had lost jobs due to the pandemic. Many government, foundation, and individual supporters recognized that nonprofits were on the front lines for our physical and mental well-being, and quickly made flexible or unrestricted funding available to support these essential community services.
I can remember that during the COVID-19 and lock down period, we decided to eat once a day in order to gather food for Vulnerable Families with support of few friends we were able to provided food parcels to 10 Vulnerable Families. It is the same COVID-19 situation time that we developed ideas and Organized young Children online Education programs that benefited 30 Children. Even though it was supportive Education programs how ever it helped the children for their academic improvement and through that after COVID-19 Pandemic Challenge some of the Children revived wards in their schools. Even though we did not get any Funding from Funders.
We need more Genuine volunteers, Donors and Investors to help us recovered from Covid-19 Situation with Permanent Funding to help us implement our new projects and programs. This will help us more to contribute to building of organizational new Model Structure that will enable us to transform the specific conditions of vulnerable group in the places where they live.
The following Immediate action needed from Funders:
1, Give money to our Organization without restrictions or conditions
2, Pay on time or early for we need it for new projects implementation
3, Commit multiple years of funding that our organization can count on and plan around. (e.g., three years, four year, five years, etc.)
4, Make larger gifts to our Organization than you normally do for your grantees. Give your attentions to our Organization as well to give large enough to allow us to build our new Organizational new business model structure.
5, Give to our Nonprofit leaders of color working in communities of color, especially as black leaders and communities. It will help us to contribute to Global economical growth.
6, Talk to other foundations, Funders and your network in Africa and get them to do the same to Fund our work
7 Foundations, Funders, Investors and volunteers can help anchor our Organization by changing the way money is given so that our nonprofits can be there – stronger than ever – for our communities. We have got clear Mission with Millions of creative Ideas. How Ever without Funders Commitment action we can still do it, but we cannot do much that is the reality.

The causes are Self-paced online academic classes that can be completed at our own pace within a predetermined time frame. These courses don't ask us to meet online at specific times, or to submit assignments ahead of set deadlines.

3, NFF: has helped us with Nonprofit Leaders Funds Raising resources, Financial Management training and advice that has helped us developed more Ideas for Funds Raising and Financial management for positive impact in the lives of vulnerable group in our Communities.
4, Go Overseas Team has helped us created listening for volunteers on their platform for free, How ever there are Paid Campaign opportunities that will help us get a rapid results for Volunteers.
Funders who will support us to start Paid Campaign on Go Overseas platform will help us a lot to get professional volunteers to help us implement our new Programs.
Tech soup, Candid is helping us with news letters for Funding sources which almost all the Foundations are US and UK Based Foundations according to their responds to our approach.

I am Currently based in South Africa for Global Communities Inclusive and Inclusion approach since 2019 till date even during the Covid-19 Situation. Just by Challenges, by faith, I am approaching Global Communities engagements both online and offline for Organizational New Business model Structure and Capacity building which will help to serve humanity better, which is in progress. Some from Global Communities have already come on Board that helping in Kind. What we need at the moment are Funders Action Commitment which i believe that one Funder action commitment can unlock an action of others Our Nonprofit Finance Fund: We are community-centered organization led by and serving vulnerable groups both in Urban and Remote Local Regions and aim to extend our services to Global Communities through network inclusive approach Helping them access resources and Basic necessities they need to meet their Gods given potentials! To get there we need the following Stake holders: 1, Trusted Partners. 2, Genuine Donors, Volunteer investors and Businesses Contract opportunities commitment. We also need to request Commitment of NFF as our Nonprofit executive Director or parenting Partner who may supports our nonprofit leaders through financial training and advice to navigate big decisions and plan strategically for our new Social Business and projects objectives implementations. It is not easy to start Nonprofit organization here in Africa by self help with limited capital and resources especially if life uncertainty cert in like covid-19 Situation. I also had serious accident in south Africa whiles we were still in the process of building our Organizational new Business module structure. Even though few friends and one time donors played their part to help, how ever they were also affected by the Covid-19 situation. That have lead to Organizational crisis. We are genuinely legal Registered Organization with the prove of relevant Founding documents. Our goal for our online Education programs from variuos platfroms are as follows. 1 To Position our organizations to sustain and adapt our more impact. 2, Better understand financial dynamics of the current operations as well as growth and change! 3, Build capacity for strengthened financial management, resilience and data informed decision making. We have embarked an above mentioned programs and acquired more knowledge from NFF Team and still learning more from them. Part 1 – Learning goal 1, Build shared awareness about the Needs in our Communities 2, Identify strengths & building Donors, volunteers and investors inclusive commitment to navigate an amidst uncertainty 3, Building Organizational new Module Structure for Capacity building 4 How do we do this if the Nonprofit leaders are lacking Knowledge Funding and resources needed? The building must start from the leaders.ship training which we are embarking on these task through online advance education Programs from various Institutional platforms including NFF platforms. Aligning Money to our Mission and Values: .Our Vision is to bring resources to underprivileged members of communities, including providing food, water, medical care, Skills development, education Job creation, Micro Finance, Grant programs through partnerships with Global Communities. we aim to make an impact in the lives of those in need. Our mission is to extend God's love through compassion and Sharing Gods word to those who otherwise would not have access to the word of God and basic necessities. We believe that these are how we can reveal the real love of God towards Mankind.We are not Church based organization rather Communities s drive programs neutral Organization. Values: Honesty, integrity, kindness, generosity, courage, Faith and confidence. FINANCIAL DECISION-MAKING: Our financial decision-making is a crucial aspect of our Nonprofit new management. It involves choosing between available alternatives to achieve financial goals. From budgeting to investment choices, every decision aim to impacts financial stability and growth for more impact in the lives of vulnerable group. In other words our Financial decisions are leading to Social impact in Nonprofit sector “The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the importance and the agility of our Private Public benefit organization, especially in a crisis cost by Pandemic challenge that we have never recovered from it. often we do not get much attention. How ever we are not overshadowed. Our work have gained recondition in Global Communities that we ar currently approaching various Volunteers, Donors and Investors in Global Communities for their Commitment to help us re Stall the Organization effective opp orations for appeal for Funds for our new Social Business and projects strategic objectives implementations Our organizations have the most intimate on-the-ground pulse of what neighborhoods and families really need since the COVID-19 situation till date. Thank God for his grace and mercy that we are not dead, we are still alive. Even though we are in critical situation for recovery and for rebuilding. How ever we trust the God of all mankind that, as we are approaching various prospective Volunteers, Donors and Investors Teams for their Commitments, restorations may take place! Assessing our Strength: 1, Relationships & Reputation – our partnerships, networks and reputation, and access to community resources In local Community in South Africa, we have approached South Africa Government by approaching their Agencies several times as well as approached various Organizations and Businesses and shared our story, no responds. We have observed that. Organizations and Companies outside Africa especially in USA shows more concern and shows an effective corresponding than those from Africa Communities. Our Observation Issue in South Africa is Racism and wrong mindset, because we are foreign organization from Ghana. Mean while we are genuine legal Registered Nonprofit Entity with a prove of relevant documents. Our observation from outside South Africa especially in USA Communities shows more concern about our work and the crises our organization is going through. How ever it appears they want us to come to USA for network. That is my observation as Nonprofit leader that i am corresponding with them everyday. I have already had a meeting with board members that any approval Funding application that we shall get outside South Africa, we aim to visit any Corporate Entity or an Individuals who may approve our application in person. The reason is that it will help us to unlock more network, Funding and Social Business opportunities. That is my observations. 2, People & Skills – the skills, expertise, experiences of staff, board and volunteers The strength, skills and expertise of Board members is very weak since the COVID=19 situation till date. How ever as Nonprofit servant leader that i know all the Board members can leave the Organization during crises, i use to go to them in their houses to encourage them to be alive in the Organization especially when there is a need for meeting and Documentation Issues. The various platforms that we are embarking advance Education programs, i provided the link to them about two months back, no action till i started mine which i am still encouraging them to join me. Still it appears time to join is not available. How ever they do respond to meetings that is where they are effective from my observation. How ever i am approaching prospective extended Executive Board members, volunteers and parenting Partners for their Commitment for their skills, advice, resources and Funding. Our work and Impact. Since 2008 to 2024 We have impacted more than 15 000 lives by self help and the support of Volunteers, one time donors, few reieds and Individuals. Financial – the alignment of financial resources to pay for what we do - delivering and supporting the mission in the immediate and longer term; That is our biggest Challenge here in Africa, due to the lack of knowledge about essential of Nonprofit for Social Change, due to poverty, due to wickedness and selfishness and lack of resources. These are our biggest Challenges. Those who have helped and few individuals and friends who are still helping are been done out of the love of the God of all Mankind and Passion. And %90 of those who have helped all those who are still helping are from Ghana and Nigeria. The most beneficiaries are 1, South Africans, have benefited more, 2 Zimbabwe that is my observation. What will be a solution 1, Prayer, we believe in prayer for Gods divine connectivity that can break every hindrances. 2, Effective Campaign and email Marketing to Global Communities. 3, Any Investors or a donors who will show their commitment first to deliver Funding, we would like to visit them in person that can also helped to unlock more Funding and contract opportunities from Global Communities. 4. Network assets, through Social Business contract, Free direct grant from grant providers, Donations from Crowdfunding Campaign platform. Government and Foundations grants Social Business contract can help a lot! These commitment can help us to meet our goals including a surplus building net assets. Beneficiaries for our new Social Business and projects objectives include Poor Families, Children, Youth, Men, and those in old age/ As you may know the needs are evidence. And we aims to impact 200 lives in each Country at a time or at combination depending the availability of Funding and resources. Trust in Management Management will decides how the money will spend for our new projects implementations, programs and activities. Through Money-generating ventures for our projects. How we would be Building Comprehensive Financial Strength: 1, Consistent Surpluses 2, Healthy Social Business Model 3, Mission Success 4 Capital Structure 5 Reinvestment into the Business Model Next Steps we would consider: 1. We would check where we stand: Would Celebrate and take stock of our key strengths 2, Would be drafting our financial story with clarity and without apology 3, We are already Communicating the outside world about what our organization needs? Telling our Financial Story: There will be no fear, shyness or secret to share our Financial story. As Nonprofit Volunteer servant leader I must know, own, and effectively articulate our organization’ financial story. By communicating this story well, genuine leaders will build trust and credibility, contextualize financial reports, connect finances to our mission, and advocate for our organization needs is an essential. We would be crafting a compelling financial story for our organization with budgets, dashboards, financial statements, and other materials, we shall applying techniques for getting to know our various audiences, positioning our financial story for each of our audiences, and engaging our board and other stakeholders during this times of crisis in our Organization. Youth Skills training Program objective in Africa and beyond
The Youth Skills Training Program aims to provide young individuals with essential skills that will empower them and enhance their employ ability, through a combination of theoretical and practical training. Participants will develop expertise in various fields such as agriculture, entrepreneurship, technology, and vocational trades. This program is designed to equip the youth with the necessary skills to excel in their chosen career paths and contribute to the economic growth of Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe where we are operating. Through this program 35 youth in Ghana have got their own shops and some have got employment opportunities . We are currently in the process of embarking on the same program in South Africa to empower youth. We would also help them to acquire social services skills and knowledge that will help them to lead the Organization Programs in the Future. We shall take them through counseling through Biblical based for them to do well for Companies growth and Productivity. This project will help to reduce the following Social ills that en-deviling our Communities: 1, Drugs addiction, 2, Unemployment, 3, Immorality 4, Poverty, 5, Hanger 6, Sickness and diseases 7, Crises 8 Homeless 9, Early Death. two Companies have opened their doors for the youth to go for free training. How ever the following Needed for us to implement and Launch this projects. 1, Transport for the youth to travel from locations to the skills training programs with Companies. 2, They need food 3, They need training materials for training Once this Program get started thousands of Companies will open their doors for the youth which can help a lot of youth to acquire skills they need to empower their future. They really wanted to help with Funding however they made it clear to us that they do not Fund Organizations outside the USA. Edx platform and all their Universities network are helping us with online Education Programs. TeachSoup also provided us tips and through that we got connected with the Candid website where they are also providing news letters that contain Funding Opportunities and sources Which we are also approaching some of them. The truth is that The Majority of them are willing to help but it appears they do not Funds Organizations outside their Countries. With that said we are still approaching some of them to see if some of them may want to extend helping hands to our Organization Mission, Mission, activities, new Organizational Business Model structure, new projects objectives and new Social Business objectives implementation. In our approach for Volunteers, Donors and Investors approach, we also aim to Participate in abroad Events and Volunteers Opportunities network that will help us build deep and strong relations for network, Sponsorship or for Investments. We would also search for grant Opportunities or Funding opportunities for traveling cost which is our Essential needs to pay for traveling expenses. If we get volunteers that may want to visits us first we shall attend to the volunteers first. How ever if we get Funding to traveling broach for volunteer and network purposes we shall attend to that first. It is part of our diversities approach. Since the Organization started in 2008 in Ghana till date we are still an unsolicited Organization. That is why Volunteers, Donors and Investors Inclusive and Inclusion commitment action needed. We are going to promote this event on all the Social Medias platforms and other platforms like GO-Overseas Volunteers opportunities where we have posted 3 Listings for volunteers. We shall also approach both local and International traditional Medias to help us promote this event, such as newspapers, Radio Stations, TV stations and among others to help us promote this event for volunteers, Donors and Investors from around the Globe for their action commitment.
