Charity  work or  Nonprofit work is  very  essential.

People  who  care  about  others  who are mostly in need, help  to  make  our  world  better  while  we  are still  alive.

The word says, when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: But when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
That is  why it is very important to  pray every  day for those  who  are  in  authority. I am Talking about Global Governments,  All  Kinds  of  Business  leaders,  Church  leaders,  Religious leaders,  Institutional  leaders  and  Individual  leaders.  That is where  prosperity and  peace  will prevail  on all  the  earth. 

What  is a Grant or Contract  Competition?

Competitive grants and contracts are a type of grant funding  or  contract that is awarded through a competitive application process. Applicants submit proposals detailing information about their organization or project, including the problem they want to solve, the proposed solution, the budget, and the expected outcomes  which  i  have  done that  through  some of Donors platforms on behalf of the Organization.  However, I have  found  out  that donors  always  donate  to their  Favorite  organization projects  that they are interested  in  and  some  of  Donors platforms  use  deceptive  practices for  self gain. That is  why  we do not rely on  any  donor platforms and  no  donor  platform  has  got  power  on our organization  except  contracts  or  Sponsorship agreement!!!

 I  do  believe in  Genuine donors, Sponsors and  Investors  inclusive action. That is what I believe and  working on that on  behalf of  the Organization  Including  applying  for an Education  program for  professional development and for   Organizational growth.  Until  we  announce  to the world our  Full  Time  sponsors   those  that we  are  corresponding  with  are  just prospective  contributors. And  there are some of  donor platforms  that  we  are no longer  using due to deception. 

What is the poor service? 

Poor customer service happens when customers receive unpleasant, inadequate, or incorrect service from a business. This can result in dissatisfaction and put them off using the same service ever again. Appalling services also lead to negative reviews that might destroy  the business's reputation.

On Behalf of the Organization I do create awareness for the world to know some Institutions, Individuals who offer poor services to their clients, customers and network which can lead to negative review that might destroy their own business reputation

I do  create  awareness  according to my  experience   working both  virtually and  offline  with other Institutions, Companies, organizations, donors platforms  and Individuals. I  am  going  to  create  awareness  with a  list of  Institutions, Donors  platforms and  Individuals who are providing  very poor,  lies and  deceptive  services  to our  Organization with  a  proof. For this  reason  we  are going to disconnect these  links  from our  organization  and   establish  Genuine  network.  It is part of  our  new  adventure  approach. The disconnection simple  means we  are no longer  going to contact them  or  participate in their work. It is  very  simple.  When  you take your  time  to  read  through  all  the  pages  of  our  website, you will find out  that, our  operations, services, activities, programs, previous projects current activities, Social  Business and projects plans, come  across and may  benefit almost all  sectors. It may  benefit  Governments, Churches, Companies individuals and all  kinds  of  Entities including individuals.

How  does it  benefit them?
The work of our Organization is helping to reduce the following that can cause negative effect to every single soul who is living under this sun:
Immorality,Crime.hanger,Poverty, Sickness, diseases Homeless illiteracy and  among others that  increases social  ills  that  destroying lives in  Our  Communities.

 That is  why  we  do not  beg   people  to help,  rather  we  create  awareness and  we solicit  help  to help  this  good  cause.

The  COVID-19 Situation  has brought negative impact in Millions of organizations  around  the world and thousands of Organizations are  no  longer  active  they cannot  operate anymore  and   the  same  COVID-19 situation has  brought the same  negative impact in our organization. The  Organization is still  alive by self help, through  Sacrifice, Faith  and  trust in the God of  all  mankind and the support of few Friends.

My   new  designed approach of Social Business and projects objectives for the organization and  new adventures aims to results  Personal Professional growth  that  will  enable  me  to do more  for the Organization. The  new  adventures Funds raising  Campaign  with bonfire is  my personal Funds  Raising  for  my study abroad programs. I have  decided  that  %60  Funds  raised  will  be  donated  to the organization and  the  %40  will support my  study abroad programs  which  will  help  to  unlucky  opportunities  for the Organization.

Your  mindset is you:

 Your mindset is a set of beliefs that shape how you make sense of the world and yourself. It influences how you think, feel, and behave in any given situation. It means that what you believe about yourself impacts your success or failure. I do  believe  that there  is  no  situation in this land  of  the  living  that has got  no  solution.

However people  that  you  associate  yourself  with will  determine  your  Failure or  Success.  Positive  people always  support a good  cause  that transforms  lives.Negative  people  always  want to do  something to destroy a good  cause  and  that is  wickedness!  What I believe is that  light  always  overcomes  darkness! Darkness has  got  no power  in our  Organization! 

Proverbs 23:7 says, “For as he thinks within himself, so he is.” God formed our minds as powerful forces capable of affecting our behaviors and governing our actions.

 I declare  and decree positively that  every  deceptive network  will be  disappeared  from our  Organization. And  we  establish  Positive  network  for  positive impact!

We  pray for  all  Mankind  on  earth to developed  Positive  mindset in all  that  they  do  to help their fellow  human being.

It is very important to develop a positive mindset in times of adversities!

Having a positive mindset, or positive mental attitude, means that you are optimistic about the world around you, and you expect that good things will happen to you. In contrast, a negative attitude, or mindset, indicates that you expect bad things to happen and struggle to perceive the world in a positive way.

This means that whatever bad situations you may find yourself in, you do believe that out of that bad situation something great can come out of it. That is why prayer is very important. We pray with a positive mindset and faith that every imposibelities  in your life can become possible no matter how tough the situation is.

However, before you can overcome a negative mindset with a positive in your tough situation, there is a need to always have a good relationship with the God of all Mankind and have good relationships with people.  If you have not given your heart and your life to the God of all Mankind who is the same Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you may not be able to have the ability to think positively and pray positively in faith.

Do you know that listening to the word of God, insprational  words, Gospel worship, music and praises can   inspire you to develop a positive mindset for you to overcome every  tough situations you may find yourself in?

And the God of all Mankind can paith a way for you where it seems there is no way.

Positive people do not look at the situation rather they look at the possibilities.

I like praying for all mankind on earth in my prayer time, I like listining to  Gosepel music, worship priases shring the word, for it inspire me too to   develop posite mindset, faith and trust in the God of all mankind that,  he can use anybody on earth to meet my need and to meet the needs of those we serve.

It help me  not to put my trust in any human  beign  in this  land  of the living. Rather  to put my trust in the God  of  all mankind.

Does  it make  sense   to love your  enemies?:

The quick answer to this question is yes. Why? Because Jesus told us to. In Matthew 5:44-48 Jesus talks about loving your enemy. He taught that we should “love our enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who persecute you” – that covers every category of those who may hurt us.
That is not an easy life except the God of all mankind rains in your heart who is the same Jesus Christ of Nazareth:

It is not about title, Clerical, age, Geographical Boundaries,  Educational background, How  much possessions   you have?   or being at Church premises everyday.

 It is about your relationship towards the God of all Mankind and your relationship towards your fellow human being!!! The Christian life is not an easy life, but Jesus intended that his people would be different, hence the teaching to love those who hurt us. Everyone can love those who love them, and are nice to them, but it takes those who has got the God of all mankind, kind of heart in you to love those who hurt us. Usually when people hurt us, we want revenge and justice. But for the Christian or for every human being who has got breath in this land of the living, we are told to leave that up to God (Romans 12:19-21). God sees everything. As Christians and every human being living under this sun, we believe that God is watching everything that everyone does. When someone does something really hateful and hurtful toward us, it does not go unnoticed. God has seen it! What happens next in our lives is really important, as we are being tested to see whether we will trust in God to sort things out, or take the law into our own hands. For the Christian who wants to grow strong we must have the faith to believe that God will give us justice in his own time. 

When we harbor hate and desire for revenge, we can be sure that these emotions will destroy our peace, joy, our love and happiness. When we hand situations like this over to God, it will be a great sign that we are real and if we really begin to show love to those who have hurt us in the end you will be surprised what can happen. The hardest lesson we can learn Romans 12:20-21 says “if your enemy is hungry, feed him, if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this you will heap burning coals on his head [make him ashamed of his actions]. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” This is one of the hardest lessons we can learn and do. But Jesus was our greatest example, and Hebrews 12:3 tells us to think  about Christ, who endured hurt, hate and opposition from evil men “so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted“. The content of this message is Focusing on those  who always want to harbor hate and desire for revenge. Those  who  always  people and do  good to even their enemies are the most  happiest  and joyful people  on earth.

Compassion Soul Winners outreach International, one of our priorities is to love all Mankind on earth Including Presidents, Religious Organizations and Church leaders, Business leaders Institutional leaders, Individuals, Children, youth, Adult and all mankind on earth. Be other-oriented; this means that you are connecting to the other person and sincerely trying to understand their situation or side of the problem. Showing genuine warmth and understanding for the other person makes communication more genuine and less confrontational, so that you can all get along. that is where  confidence  and trust will be  built in each other.

There are specific things to do that can improve your communication skills:

Since  the  day of  Creation  and the  day of  Adam everything that you see with your  naked eye which  are Man  made were  created out from God's  Creation or  Created out from Man made.  There  is  nothing  new in this  land of the living

That is  why  Education is  very  important!

How  ever  there are  an inspirations and revelations  from the God of  all  mankind  that attached to every good  Vision and Mission  that help  humanity.

 What does it mean to be an autonomous person?

When individuals  Organizations  are autonomous, their behavior is self-organized and self-endorsed, and their actions are experienced as fully voluntary and authentic.

An autonomous person can decisions without influence or direction from others. Having autonomy means that one is free to follow one's Open ions  . Of course, there are varying degrees of autonomy. For example, a person who is not imprisoned can make decisions and act according to Personal Purpose that will Benefit Societies.

How knowledge is a power? 

Knowledge is a powerful thing. It can enlighten, empower, and inspire people to do great things. The power of knowledge is seen through its ability to make us understand others and make positive choices for all of us. The potential of knowledge is to know what one does not know yet. 

Can you have wisdom without knowledge?Wisdom is built upon knowledge. That means you can be both wise and knowledgeable, but you can't be wise without being knowledgeable. And just because you're knowledgeable doesn't mean you're wise  

Is it good to be autonomous?

This can lead to improved well-being and lower stress. Additionally, autonomy can increase feelings of competence and self-esteem, as you're able to use your skills and abilities to make decisions, create ideas that will  help to  attract  Donors Inclusive  action for positive change and Organizational  sustainable  development .

Is autonomous a good thing?

An Organization  who is given the autonomy to make their own choices will be able to better control various aspects of their Operations, including relationships, finances, academics, careers, and health care.  

 What is most important to an autonomous Organization?

Relevant skills include the ability to reason, Creative ideas,  to appreciate different points of view, and to work with others  learn  from  them  that will help to  increase  Knowledge, skills

and  experience.

What does autonomous mean in the Bible?

True freedom in Christ. The idea of autonomy is to set people free from constraint and coercion, so that they can live full lives. Initially this seems to fit well with Christianity, which talks of Jesus setting people free.

Control: Autonomous adults are head-strong and refuse to be controlled or manipulated by others. They have a clear understanding of the situation and the actions that should be taken which are healthy for themselves and for those they serve. 

Is autonomy good or bad?

People who control their lives and destinies are happier and more successful. Rather than feeling like a victim of others or fate, they are motivated from within and believe that their efforts and  support of  genuine  donors  generate results, for better or worse. Both belief and experience enable them to function autonomously. 

How do you know if someone is autonomous?

People are most autonomous when their actions reflect their genuine interests and/or values. Autonomy is a bit broader than independence, although the terms are often used interchangeably, in that, independent actions need not be driven by values. 

Without  Autonomous approach we cannot succeed in   Our  Donors  inclusive  concept  that will help  to unlock   Funding  and  resources  for our new Social Business  and Projects objectives implementation as  Public  Benefit organization even though  w e have  done  our  part  and  still doing  what  we  can  to help. There  is  no  way  one  Entity or  one person can  build Societies for all, it need  Global  Communities  involvements.

To qualify for approval as a PBO an organisation must be incorporated or established as: a non-profit company or an Organization which has a memorandum of incorporation as a founding document. A trust which has a trust deed as a founding document or. an association of persons which has a constitution as a founding Public Benefit Entity  which  our  Organization  has  been  granted this  status by  SARS as Public benefit organization with compliance.

What is the difference between a NPC and NPO?

A NPO (Non-Profit Organisation) is, therefore, an organisation, such as a Voluntary Association, registered with the Department of Social Development (DSD), and an NPC (Non-Profit Company) must be registered via the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPC). 

Our  Organization  is  Private  Nonprofit Entity  that is Registered with Department of Social Development which is  an Independent Organization with registration number  116-480  and  Registered  with  SARS Public  Benefit organization with Reference  number: 930072959

Why did we applied for  PBO status?

Implemented  PBO can bring significant benefits to the Vulnerable groups  in the  Communities, government and the public. PBO can improve efficiency, enhance service delivery, increase transparency and accountability, result in cost savings, and improve data management. Therefore, it is essential to considered implemented PBO in public service delivery.  Our  Operations  as  Public  Benefit Organization  takes part of Government responsibilities in our Communities. We  can  also  render  services on behalf  of  Government which can  reduce Government work  load. That is  why it is an Obligation for  Government,  Public, private  Religious or organizations and Churches  sectors  to support our Initiative.

We believe that  every  Genuine  Potential  Churches  around  the  globe  who believe in spreading the word  to  areas that needed most can  support  our  Genuine  Nonprofit Initiative.

It will help them to reveal the real  love of  God towards  mankind even if  the Community  members  or  we  are  not  their Church  members . The God  of  all  Mankind  will  be  happy for such genuine Churches!

Does a PBO need to be audited ?

Our Audit certificates are  recorded  produced each year and kept on file certifying/giving an opinion on the use of funds for which 18A receipts were issued. According to s18A(2B), a PBO which falls under section 18(2A),  obtained and retained an audit certificate. We work with our  Financial auditors  annually for books  keeping records  and   accountability  purposes even  though we are self help Public benefit Entity supported by  one time donors and few friends.

A holistic approach means to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. The support should also consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual well being. We can share a testimony in our  outreach and Bibles distributions programs  that it  has  reveled the real love of God towards mankind even some of them who  thought the God of all  mankind has rejected them  experienced the real  love of God through  the sharing of the word and free Bibles Distributions. The  outreach helped  subdue the Power  of Crime and  Immoralities in  the catchments areas in  the   Communities  of  South  Africa  Zimbabwe  and  Ghana. Some of them even decided and joined Churches of their Choices  some  of  them  also  got a  relief from depression and  gathered hope  and Courage and  move  on  with their  lives,  no matter  what  has  happened  to them. Since   I started  the  organization in  Ghana  and  brought  it  to  South  Africa  and  Zimbabwe  I  have  gone  through  tough  situations  especially  in  South  Africa.  for  me  to be  able  to  establish the organization  in  south  Africa  with  support  of  all backers from Ghana  and  South  Africa  has  offer  me an Opportunists  to gain   more  experience, and  skills  through  self  help,few friends and one time donors.  The tough situation  which I have gone through in  South  Africa  and still  going  through  has strengthened  me,  empowered  me  and  removed  every  fear from my life  and  established  me.

The  situation  in  South  Africa  and  more especially  COVID-19 Pandemic  Challenge has helped me  develop  more  creative  ideas  and  experience that can allow  me  to  establish the  organization anywhere  around the  globe to help humanity . I  have developed multiple  Creative ideas that can help  to  create   solutions within every challenge  that  may arise against us as a Nonprofit  organization. 

Some  people  are saying the  decision that I have taken by  providing  voluntary services  in helping humanity is  not a  right  decision, because  it  appears  they  cannot  see  any  tangible  improvement in my  life  in terms  of Material  gain. However, I  have observed  that  there are great  achievements  that  has  taken  place  as a self  help  Nonprofit leader  in  Africa.  

My  persistence, Sacrifices,  Voluntary services have opened  Opportunities for  the  Organization  around  the globe  that  will  not  Benefit  the  office  bearers  alone, but it will  benefit  an  entire  Communities  in the Countries where  we  are operating. By the  help  of the  God  of  all  mankind  the  Organization is  connected  with  Potential  Donors  platforms  which  also contain  more  Business,  Funding,  Educational  opportunities  that  will  help  us  bring  our creative   Ideas  into a  reality in this  difficult  times  for our  nonprofit.

What are some examples of opportunities?

• We  shall  surely Get help  from  Genuine donors for our  projects.
• Different  Donors  platforms  that  we  are connected with, those  who are genuine have  seen  our Gods given potential in  us and  most  of them are looking forwards  to  meeting  them in person  through  attending their  events. We  have also  submitted a few proposals  for  Funding and support for our  new  approach  Business  and projects  objectives implementation.  We are  also aiming to  attend  Educational  events that will  open  network opportunities. Here are some of the key ways in which opportunities  are  important: Personal Growth: Opportunities will  allow  me,  team members,  friends  explore new experiences, learn new skills, and develop our  potentials to serve humanity better. It will   provide the chances  to step out of one's comfort zone, face challenges, and adapt to new situations that  will  lead  to great  success.  We believe  that the  Prospective  Genuine  donors  platforms that we  are connected  with, if  they are  really  genuine donors  platforms  that looking  for  such  our  organization to  take  action with, we  do not  need  to  beg  any  one  of  them  or  force  them  rather  to  put  them  into a  right  direction  to  do a  right  thing  in order  to  take  action with us.   We  do not hate  any  human  being and  we  do not bring division,  conflict  and division  among  prospective donors rather  bring them  together  to take  action with  us. That is how our  Donors  engagements and action campaign is  all  about.

What is a donor manager?

Even  though  I am  the  Founder,  Chairperson  and  CEO  of Compassion Soul  Winners  Outreach  International and   it  appears i  am  working  alone in this difficult times of  our  Organization, but  I  am  not  working  alone,  I am  working  with the  God  of  all  Mankind  who is  not respecter of  persons as  well as  working  with  office  bearers  who  has  got a  good  intention for the  development of  the Organization, but they are also going through  tough  time  which  the Organization is  not in the position  to  employ them as  full  time  staff  members, rather they are performing as  part time office  bearers, that is  why  they  have  appointed  me as  Funds  Raiser and  Donors relations  Manager on behalf of the organization. As  donor relations manager i am performing  a variety of duties related to fundraising for our  organization. As a donor relations manager, i am  working  with other  Prospective  Donors  platforms support  teams  management and marketing to determine goals and strategies to increase donors  action  to our organization. For  Donors  action is  what we  need.

Donor management is much more than just collecting  our donor and donation data in one place. It includes  Varieties of Different  Donors inclusive  action for our  various Social  Business,  projects  and   everything that will help establish a relationship between us  and Donors.

Who is donor?

Donor is a person who gives money or something else of value to an organization.  Since  the COVID-19  Pandemic  Situation till  date, as  self  help  nonprofit  entity  supported  by  friends and  one time  donors. The  one time donors  who  were  also  affected  by COVID-19 Situation has  never get   recovery  that is  why  the Organization  is still  operating  by  self help and  support  of  Friends. How  ever  our  donors  engagement  and  action  campaign has  introduced  our  work  to Potential  Donors  and  investors platforms  which  we  are still  corresponding with  them  to increase  relationship   that  may lead  to an  Immediate action  that  needed. Prospective donors Should  take  note  that we as  Nonprofit, we  are at your service and do  understand  that  donors  always donate  to a  cause  that  they  care about and our  proposals  are not Final. Prospective donors are welcome  to  update  our  proposal  according to their  means  and  we  shall  perform  accordingly!  We  always  operate  according to our  means  and the  resources  available.  

We  also  want to assure  prospective  donors  that we  can  manage  all Donors  who  will take  action  with  us  for  a  specific    task  or project in a  specific region or Country.

 It  will  help  us  to  create   more  jobs  in   Communities of  regions  where  we  are operating  and  also to  expand our  furthers  to other Regions. We  are not limited  in a  Particular  region.  Even  though  few friends  are  helping in  their  small way  how ever  their  small gifts are  leading the  organization to  a  large gift from various prospective  potential  donors  that will allow us to continue our work and operation in  an effective  way. If  we  submit a proposal  to a  prospective  donor for specific project for a Particular Region  for  five  years  and  the  proposal is  approved  for  five  years  that  does  not  limit  our  operation  to that  region  only  how  ever  the  funds  that  is  approved  for  our  task  at  that  Particular  region  will support our  work  for  that  particular  region  we  are  not  going  be  bound  for  5  years  at  that  particular  region  that is  big  no. I am telling you  the  truth  i am  not  lying.  So if  you  may   not  approve  our  proposal  that is  up  to  you.

What do I call donors?

Donors. The individual, organization, or institution that makes a gift.   As  donor  relation  manager, i am organizing a  prospective donor's information, tracking  our interactions with them, and maintaining  our relationship with them. Because  they  will form the backbone of  our nonprofit work, building meaningful relationships with  our donors should be a central focus.

Our  good Intention  for  prospective  donors  who  may take  real  action with us, we  will  be honest and  perform regular updates as to how their money and  resources  are being used  and  Changing  destinies in our  communities.

 We shall provide  regular reports to  prospective donors  who  will  take  action  with us as  well as  would  be promoting  their  action  on  all  the  social  medias  platforms, Radio stations,  TV  Stations,  news  papers  news  letters,  Magazines  news as  well as  introducing  their impact to  Business  Communities,  Conferences  and  among others.

As  Funds  raiser and  Donor  relation  Manger  i will  involve  the Organization  to Participate  in  Procurement  services and programs, typically for  Social business purposes. We welcome  all  kinds  of  Social  Business both  in Public  and private  sector   who may  need  our  services  to  Purchase  goods for  importation  and  exportation including Social  services  on their behalf based  on  contract   or  negotiation    agreement.

We welcome  businesses who may  want to invite us  to bid for contracts from public or private sector organisations, who may   need our  skills and  Creative  Ideas for  their project, or to purchase   goods, provide services on  their behalf Based  on Contract or negotiation agreement.

 The effects of technology on society have been both positive and negative. While technology has made it easier to connect with others, access information, and improve medical care, it has also led to job loss, cyber bullying, and technology addiction. Some people use it for fraud and crook activities.

Public declaration:The new approach to connect with real and Genuine Donors in person that is going to take place, We break off every blockage and we command angel Micheal and  his team  to stand the four corners around the Globe to attack every attackers in the mighty mane of our lord and master Jesus Christ of Nazareth!!! We release destroyers to appear at the door steps of the wicked who will try to attack us and our genuine network who have got very good intentions about our work., in the mighty name of our lord and master Jesus Christ of Nazareth! We pull down every strong hold, casting down every Imagination, any high thing that will ens ult itself against our destinies, destinies of genuine helpers, those we serve and those we shall serve. The word of God says the wicked shall perish!!!!!!!

We  break  off  every  blockage   from  our  way  in  the  mighty  name  of  our  lord  and  Master  Jesus  Christ  of  Nazareth .

We  declare  freedom  for  those we  have  helped  those  we  are  helping and  those  we  intend  to  help.  Freedom,  Freedom  and  Freedom!!!!!!!

What is the other meaning of stealing?

Some common synonyms of steal are filch, pilfer, and purloin. While all these words mean "to take from another without right or without detection," steal may apply to any surreptitious taking of something and differs from the other terms by commonly applying to intangibles as well as material things. 

If  you are a Donor platform and  you  make your  platform  turned  to be  stealing platform   to  steel  from  people how  do  you  expect  Potential  Genuine  Donors to trust your  platform?

All your Genuine  network  will be disconnected from your platform. And  it  will  remain  all theft  or  thieves network on your platform.  It does  not  matter  weather  you are a  man,  women, Old  or  young.

Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of people to influence and guide followers or members of an organization, society or team. Leadership often is an attribute tied to a person's title, seniority or ranking in a hierarchy. But  if  leaders  turns  to  be  thief in their  leadership  position how  are you  going  to  expect genuine  followers to be tied  to your mission? That is impossible!

Real  people  always  want  to  tied  themselves with  real and genuine   leaders  and  that  is  what we  are  working  towards in very  effectively!

Real  and Genuine  leaders  behaviors are used to help people align their collective direction, to execute strategic plans, and to continually renew an organization's action  and  operations  even in  difficult times. Genuine  leaders  do  not  steal, rather  they  contribute  to the  growth and  development of their followers.

They  do not  take  from  what  belongs  to their  followers in a deceptive  way! Every human  being needs  repentance or   Change of mindset  and  the Change is always available  for  those  who  need  it.  It does not matter  your  age,  Position  Co lour, Possessions  and  Geographical boundary,  you need  Change of mindset, behavior and the  Change  heart and  allow  the God of  all Mankind  rain  in  your  heart,  Change  will surely welcome  you  and  say  here  i  am.

We do  believe  that the God of  all  Mankind has  already  prepared  Destinies  helpers for  every human  benign  living under this  sun. That is  why we  believe  that  the  expectation  of  the poor  shall  not be  cut  off.

There is nothing like an isolated person, Family, Community, Country and Nation anywhere around the Globe.
All Human beings Living under this sun need their fellow human beings in their lives likewise in every Family the Family members need each other. The same applies to every Community, every Country and every Nation.

The God of all mankind has created all in a very unique way, that is why we need each other's help. I help you, you also help me. For I do believe that the more I help you from a sincere heart that is where I will also get more help from various ways. It is a spiritual principle that cannot be Changed!
In our operational movement in Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe we have come across Millions of various people in their Families, Communities, Countries with different mindset including, Governments, Churches, Religious Organizations, Businesses and all Kinds of Institutions even both online and offline Global Communities.

The mindset of some people towards their fellow human beings will determine their actions towards each other. The wrong mind set of some of them are saying we are not a real Organization.. Some positive mindset of others are saying we are a real Organization but that is not the type, we want to support. Some of them are saying, we are a lazy Organization we do not want to work. Some are saying we are fraud. Some are saying. It is not in our Culture to help humanity in need. especially in Africa here. Some are saying we are a beggar Organization Some are saying we are arrogant.

 We have come across all kinds of both Negative and Positive thoughts towards our operations. But upon all, there is one thing that we know that, the God of all mankind has prepared Destinies helpers for our genuine Mission which we believe that they will genuinely take action with us to support the good work we are embarking in helping humanity in the Countries where we are operating and beyond.

There is another thing that we know that, All those who are fighting against us and against our operations are fighting against their own destinies and in the destinies of their generations!

There is no worst situation that cannot be changed if human beings may develop a Positive mindset towards each other!

CALL  FOR  GENUINE  DONORS  INCLUSIVE  ACTION
The Organization started in Ghana in 2008 and Registered in Ghana in 2009 and brought it to South Africa in 2012 and Registered in 2013. The Organization has been operating by self help, one time donors and volunteers

In the Second week of January we extended our outreach to Harare remote areas Zimbabwe by self help and Support of Bible distribution grant. From an Organization that do not want us Mention their name in Public.
In February 2023. We found out that there is no way we can do this task alone. There is a need to engage Donors action through Campaign and then the Donors campaign gets started. Through the Campaign we connected with some prospective donors hoping that their platform will help us. Since February 2023 till date we are still a self help Nonprofit Entity with the support of few friends. I helped and opened a Bank account for the Organization four consecutive times with my own pocket money, they accounts were closed due to the lack of Donors action and Donors Funding and the lack of Social Business contract.

That is why the Management Board has appointed me to use my Personal Bank account Raise funds, soliciting Funds, look for contract for the organization till we get a contract or Full time Donors action which i am going to work on that for the Organization.

This  is  how  we  are  going to  remove  all  the  crooks,  deceptive  and  pretenders  prospective  Donors  platforms

1  We  are  no longer  going to use  their  platforms

 2,  we  shall  block  all  their   post  in our  emails  and  on  social  medias

3,  We  shall ask them to  remove every  information's  about  our  Organization  from  their  platforms

4,  An  Effective  Campaign is  going to  take  place  on  all the  Social Medias,  Radio  stations, TV stations news  papers  for  a Real  and  Genuine  Donors  Inclusive  action  from  around  the  globe. We would  be reaching Companies,  Genuine  donors  platforms  and  all kinds  of  Business  Entities  for  their  engagement and  action.

The  Campaign  aims  to  Fulfill the  following Purposes.

1,  To attain  Social Business  Contract

2    To attain  free  Social Business  Grant  

3,    To  establish Genuine donors Inclusive  action  network  Globally.

The  above  Mentioned  approach  will help  to  restore  the Organization  Operation  to help  do  more  positive  impact in the lives  of the  vulnerable group

There is  no  Greediness,  arrogant in these we are talking  about the realities  of life.

But thank the God of  all  Mankind  who has  provided us a new  Social Business  Objectives and  Creative Ideas  that can help  restore the  operation of  the Organization  that  can  even  help  us  to  do  more  to help  humanity  who are mostly in  need. We believe that our up coming  Genuine  Donors  Inclusive  action  campaign will draw Genuine  and real Donors from  around the globe  closer to us for  restoration,  for   action and for positive impact!!!

HOW  DO WE  NO  THAT THIS  CAMPAIGN IS GOING TO SUCCEED.  All  things  are possible  unto them that  believe! We shall  surely  remove  all the  crooks network from our  Organization  very  soon as w e are already Establishing  Genuine  Donors  inclusive  network from around the Globe.

What is the meaning of the word Just?:The word just means acting or being in conformity with what is morally upright or good and the word faith means complete trust or confidence in someone or something.

We do believe  that as  long as we  are doing  what  is  good  and  right things  in helping  humanity  and  also having complete trust, depending  on the God of all mankind he will prove himself as faithful God!

There will be no loyalty where there are crooks, deceptions, tricks and wicked activities.
The God of all Mankind will not be there and we too shall not.

That is  why we believe  that in our  Final  approach in Donors inclusive Campaign  the  real and Genuine  donors  will surely take action with us  to serve  humanity in a very effective  and administrative  way. Not deception  and  selfish! 

As the  leader,  Founder  and  the  CEO of the Organization that  has put my total trust in the God of all Mankind i will make  sure that  all those  will may join the Organization  will follow  the  administrative  work of the Organization  which will be  actively put in  place especially when we  get  Contracts  or  Full time  sponsors.

UP COMING CAMPAIGN:

At the moment our organization is not in the position that can appoint representative to   attend in person event. If it is online sure we can do that but in person not  yet till we get sponsors or contract.

How  ever  we  shall  find  out from  some of the Companies  and  Community  members  if  some  of them we  know  may  help  attend  an  event on  our  behalf  and  on  behalf  of  their business  as  well.

We are  here  in  South  Africa  for  a  Mission of  positive impact  not Negative!!!  Think  positive, speak  positive,  do not  be  selfish  think about  the  welfare  about  those  who  are  mostly  in need. WE  TAKE  EVERY  DECISION  OURSELVES  CAN  WORK WITH  ANYONE  FROM  ANYWHERE  AROUND  THE  GLOBE  AND  CAN  DISCONNECT  OURSELVES  FORM  EVERY  DECEPTIVE  NETWORK  WE  ARE  IN  CHARGE  OF  OUR  MISSION.

FOR THE PAST  ALMOST A  YEAR  TILL DATE WE  HAVE  BEEN  EMBARKING  VARIOUS  ONLINE CAMPAIGN TILL DATE FOR  DONORS ACTION BUT  IT  APPEARS  ALL  THE  DONORS PLATFORMS WE  ARE CONNECTED  WITH ARE  NOT  REAL  

AS  I AM  TALKING TO YOU  NOW  THE  BANK  ACCOUNT  WE  OPENED  FOR THE  ORGANIZATION  ABOUT  THREE  YEARS  BACK  WAS  CLOSED.  I  HELPED  AGAIN  FROM  MY  OWN  POCKET  MONEY  WE  OPENED  ANOTHER  ONE  EIGHT   MONTHS  BACK,  THE  ACCOUNT  WAS  CLOSED  AGAIN  DUE T O THE  BANK  CHARGES  AND  THE  LACK OF  DONORS  FUNDING.  

I  ORGANIZED  A  MEETING  RECENTLY  WITH AN OFFICE  BEARERS  AND  DISCUSSED  WITH  THEM  ABOUT THIS  SITUATION AND  THEY  SAID SINCE  FUNDING  ARE NOT  COMING IN FOR THE ORGANIZATION  OPERATION  AND PROJECTS  I  CAN  NOT  JUST  THROW  MONEY  AWAY. IT IS  BETTER  TO  USE  MY  OWN  BANK  ACCOUNT  TILL  WE  GET  SPONSORS  OR  INVESTORS. i  TOLD  THEM  THAT  MYSELF I HAVE  TAKEN  THAT DECISION  ALREADY  THAT IS  WHY I HAVE  CALLED  FOR THIS  MEETING. TO  OPEN  A  NEW PERSONAL  BANK  ACCOUNT  PURPOSELY  TO  HELP  THE ORGANIZATION  FUNDS  RAISING  AND SOCIAL  BUSINESS NETWORK  UNTIL  WE  GET STABLE AND  SUSTAINABLE FINANCES BEFORE  WE  SHALL  OPEN  ANOTHER  BANK  ACCOUNT FOR THE  ORGANIZATION.

THE  OFFICE  BEARERS  TOLD  ME  THAT  THAT IS A  WISE  APPROACH TO  TAKE  RATHER  THAN  THROWING  MONEY  AWAY. 

WE CAME INTO A  CONCLUSION THAT THE  OFFICE  BEARERS   ARE GOING TO  DRAFT AN APPOINTMENT LETTER  TO  APPOINT  ME AS  A FUND RAISER TO  RAISE  FUNDS  ON  BEHAVE OF THE ORGANIZATION  SOCIAL  BUSINESS  AND PROJECTS  TILL WE  GET  SPONSORS  OR  FUNDING  BEFORE  WE  SHALL  OPEN  ANOTHER 

 BANK  ACCOUNT FOR THE ORGANIZATION. THE OFFICE  BEARERS SAID  DONORS  WHO  WILL  UNDERSTAND OUR CURRENT SITUATION  THAT  WILL  HELP,  THE  SAME  DONORS  WE  BE  THE  DONORS  OF  THE  ANOTHER  ACCOUNT THAT  WE  SHALL  OPEN  PERMANENTLY  FOR THE ORGANIZATION.  THE  LETTER WILL BE  ATTACHED WITH AN EVIDENCE  OF  THE PROVE OF PREVIOUS  BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE  ORGANIZATION.

WE  CONCLUDED THAT  DONORS  WHO  MAY WANT TO PROVIDE  PART OF  THEIR  SPONSORSHIP TILL  WE  OPEN  ANOTHER  BANK  ACCOUNT  FOR  THE ORGANIZATION  ARE  WARMLY  WELCOME.

WE  ALSO DISCUSSED   ABOUT  DONORS INCLUSIVE  PLATFORMS  THAT   THERE  IS  NO  WAY  WE  CAN  TELL  THE WORLD  WE  HAVE  GOT  INVESTORS  OR  DONORS  WHILES  WE  ARE STILL SELF  HELP ORGANIZATION. THE OFFICE  BEARERS SAID AT THE MEETING  THAT IT IS  VERY  GOOD  AND  GOOD  APPROACH  TO  ENGAGE IN  VARIOUS  DONORS  PLATFORMS FOR  ACTIONS  BASED  ON AGREEMENT  AND  CONTRACT FOR  THAT WILL  HELP TO  RESOLVE CONFLICT,  PROTECT  OUR  WORK  FROM  ATTACKERS, PREVENTING DISCRIMINATION AMONG DONORS   AS  WELL AS PROVIDING PEACE AMONG PROSPECTIVE DONORS.

WE  CONCLUDED  AT THE  MEETING THAT  UNTIL PROSPECTIVE  DONORS  TAKES  ACTION  TO  SPONSOR  OUR WORK, OR TO PROVIDE US CONTRACT WE  WE CONSIDER DONORS PLATFORMS AS PROSPECTIVE DONORS AND NO DONORS PLATFORM HAS GO POWER ON OUR TILL, THEY MAY TAKE ACTION BASED ON AGREEMENT.  FINALLY, WE CONCLUDED THAT PROSPECTIVE DONORS WHO MAY NOT RESPOND TO, INVITATION TO MEETINGS THROUGH EMAIL OR PHONE CALL WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A CROOK DONORS PLATFORMS AND THEY WILL BE REMOVED PERMANENTLY FROM OUR ORGANIZATION.

THROUGH EMAIL MARKETING WE ARE APPROACHING SOME OF THE PROSPECTIVE DONOR'S PLATFORMS WITH SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR SUBMITTED FUNDING PROPOSALS, WE ARE ALSO IN PROCESS OF APPLYING FOR GRANT FROM PROSPECTIVE DONORS' PLATFORMS

WE WOULD BE APPROACHING ALL KINDS OF COMPANIES AND BUSINESSES GLOBALLY AS WELL FOR ACTIONS.

Remove  negative self-concept and  negative people from your  life:
Birds of a feather flock together is an English proverb. The meaning is that beings (typically humans) of similar type, interest, personality, character, or other distinctive attribute tend to mutually associate..
Some examples of negative self-talk include: “I can't do anything right. I shouldn't even try.” “Nobody likes me, I should stop trying to make friends.” I cannot not achieve anything better, the problems are too much and this negative people easily accept negative talk from others which are never true and act on it and latter it affect them in big negative way.

Working or walking with negative people will eventually produce negative results in your life in what you want to achieve in helping humanity
it is very important to develop positive talk and positive mindset in whatever you want to achieve in helping humanity
That is why effective communication in every relationship is very important. If you always want to listen to negative people then your future is heading towards danger!!!
Fake movement will surely yield fake results. There is no way you can Change the realities  of life. Until you remove negative self-concept and negative people from your life you will never produce any Positive results in what you want to achieve in helping humanity. We are not talking about criticism here, we are talking about negative self concept and negative people in your life or in your network.

Do  you know  that  your  accompanies  determine your  accomplishment ? Your network  will determined  your  accomplishment!!!  If we  do not  protect our  valuable  work, the  wicked  will  destroy it!

Power  of Declaration:

Because, John 2:25 states, He “knew what was in man.” He knew the hearts of those professing faith. This is an indication of our Lord's deity, for only the Lord can search the heart and make the right evaluation (Jer. 17:10). As finite creatures, we cannot see into the hearts of others  but  the  god  of  all  mankind  knows.

Jesus  said  i know  what is  is in  man so he did  not rely  on  man. He  always  decree  and  delayed and i came  to  passed 

Job 22:28 states,

We  Disconnect  every  deceptive  network  and  command them  to disappeared from our Organization  for  ever!  

By the power of the holy spirit  we  Establish  Genuine  donors  action  and  remove  all  the crooks  donors  platforms  from  our  mission  and  from their  mission  in Jesus  mighty  name!

We pull down every strong hold every imagination  any  high  thing that ens-ult itself  against the  knowledge of   God  for humanity

We declare  Change of wrong  mindset  to  be  positive  mindset  or  destroyers at the door  steps  of the  wicked!  In Jesus  mighty  name  we  decree  and  declare  Amen  and  Amen!!!!!!!  It  is  done!

We  welcome  all Genuine  Donors  platforms   not  Marriage  that is  why  you can  see them  creating  conflict  among themselves. We are  not  at  any  Woman  Donor  platform   for  Marriage  we  are not interested in that.  We  are on your  platforms to see  what you  can do  help  our  work if you are  a rely Inverter or  donors platforms as  well as  to  see  what we  can  also  do  to help or  to promote your work as  donors. The truth is  that our email  marketing and  up coming tactical  strategic approach Campaign  are going to change the mindset of people. Prospective donors   who  will not  responds  to our  direct  emails  corespondents will  removed  themselves  from our Origination.

We are not self  centered  Organization! There  are  some platforms  that   we  shall  never  participate in their work  anymore if  they do not responds  to  our  emails trust God.

By  the  first week  of February  this year 2024  new tactical approach  will take place in our Campaign to remove all deceptive  donors from our Organization. The  Global  Communities  members are not blind, they  know all the tricks  and  deception!!! All our  Campaigns  aims  to inspire  Genuine donors  to  sponsor our  work  in helping humanity in order  to promote  their  work as  well  that  is  the purpose of our Campaign and the reason why we are still on your platform!

Any prospective  platforms  that  do not reply to our  emails  direct   have  already   removed themselves  from our organization!  Prospective donors  platforms  who  think we are  bound by  their  platforms must  remove us  from their platforms  immediately!  We are not talking  about education here,  we  are talking about truth and the realities of life.

As for education, it has got no  end  i  learn everyday from various platforms including  google search.

Prospective donors who may attack our work will  be  block and remove  permanently from our Organization.

Every  Genuine prospective  Donor have got security  platforms that is why we cannot be bound  or be bought by  any donor  platform. I  am very expensive  bought by the blood of Lord and mater  Jesus  Christ of Nazareth .  If you believe  in Social business  agreement  contract, investment contract as we have already applied  for  some of them on your platforms you   are welcome, but we  cannot bound on  your  platform  that is  what  i mean.  We talking to all Genuine Prospective donors platforms.

Please with all Humility if you know you do not agree with us on an above  mentioned statement  and it is against the  rules and regulations of your platforms   please  remove our Organization that doing genuine and valuable  work from a sincere heart  from your platform Immediately!

Negative mindset is too much.

However it is not about what people will say negatively about us, it is about remaining focused on what we believe in doing to help humanity. It is not about what people will say with their negative mindset. From day 1 that i started Compassion Soul Winners outreach International in 20008 in Ghana before I brought it to South Africa in 2012, and extended our work to Zimbabwe in the second week of January 2023 with support of one time donor, even that people were talking about it, why did i went to Zimbabwe to distribute free Bibles to village Communities, some were saying we are misusing money, but that was the purposed in which the donation was given.

I knew that it is not easy to run a self help nonprofit organization in Africa and it takes those who have the heart of the God of all mankind to help with their genuine heart.
That is why there is no way the God of all Mankind will forget black Africa person who have provided  their  Contributions  in helping vulnerable groups in our Communities.

 It takes Good's heart and Sacrifices to do that even no matter how small it is, Your support has become a memorial in the sight of the God of all Mankind!

If you want to listen to people here in Africa there is nothing good that you can accomplish to help humanity! And trust God  there are rewards in helping humanity from a Sincere a genuine heart not deception.  Some Preach always  preach  the word of God, but they never  practice  what they preach. How do you expect people to trust you?  It is  not  about your preaching  alone, your  lifestyle   preach to people more than  vain  preaching with your  mouth.  Action  that  require  from you  not preaching.

Some people have grown in agony and in pain before they were able to survive, for no one cared. for they also have developed some mindset that those who are struggling, should also suffer, but those who have got the heart of all Mankind through compassion will not think that. They do what they can to help from a sincere and genuine heart!

We have done a lot of Sacrifices in compassion in helping humanity till date.
How ever i found out this year about 6 Months ago that there is a need to embark Global Donors and Investors Campaign engagement and action to help for since Covid-19 Pandemic Challenge the  work we are  doing in helping humanity   is proving very difficult for the %80 of the Friends, one time donors that were helping out of the love of God were also affected by Covid19 Situation, they are willing to help, but they are also going through tough time, due to the covid-19 Pandemic situation that have affected their business.

 Some friends promised to help implement our Agriculture skills training program for vulnerable youth and Farmers which we are still waiting for, some told me some uncertainty that has happened in their home.We decided surely wanted to implement the project even if w e can implement it with one Vulnerable Farmer and one vulnerable youth for this we can do that right away.

But in our Global Donors and Investors Campaign we have come across various Investors and Donors platforms that show interest in our new approach projects and Social Business objectives that will help the entire Mission of the Organization through Donors and Investors platforms that we need to create space for them to help which we believe Genuine Donors platforms will take action. We have found out that Majorities of the Donors platforms are Global Government platforms that deliver their actions annually with their Budget which their next action delivery will take place in this year 2024 from April on wards while we are still searching various opportunities and applying for  various Funding and Tenders Contract opportunities. But let me ask, do we need to wait for donor action without operation or doing nothing?

 That is a big no!!! We are still reaching the vulnerable groups with the word inculcating hope in them. It is not only that we are going to approach all Kinds of Companies and Business from Global Communities for their support to keep our operation active.

 We are also going to search for Supply Chain Business Contract opportunities from various Donors platforms.

That is the task we  are embarking at the moment. We are not a dead  Organization!. We trust the God of all Mankind that we  shall fulfill  all our days in this land  of  the living for his  task.

Our doors are opened for all  Investors:

our Doors are  Opened for all Donors platforms  from around the globe for the following: 1, Funding opportunity for Implementation of any of our  project,  2   Supply Chain Tender opportunities,  3,  Contract Opportunities from Global Communities. It is not about doctrine, it is about your relationship between the God of all Mankind and your relation between your fellow human beings. Why do you build a doctrine that if you kill your fellow human being due to your doctrine you are going to heaven. We do not believe in that, that is, the devilish religious doctrines that   need to be disappeared from the world system!

We are using a new method and  policy  to prioritize prospective Donors  management. 

 We are going through Donors platforms gathering  in Formations, tracking our interactions with them, and maintaining  our relationship with them. Because  prospective  donors  will be  the backbone of  our nonprofit work, building meaningful relationships with our prospective  donors should be a central focus  of engaging  donors' and donor  action.We want to announce  to the world  that  No  Government  Donors platform or  Politician has  got  power  in our Organization. We are Neutral  Organization on  all the prospective donors platforms  until   Funded or  sponsorship dispatched  agreement  Documentation will be  Issued to us.With  that said  Government of a  particular Country  that do not agree of  an above  mentioned new policy. The project in that Country  will  canceled and move  to  another Country. Please take note that we do accept democracy, how  ever  we  do not  accept deception for we know that deception has got nothing to do with democracy.

We are also  ready, there is    no fear at all. We approached your platform because we  are interested in your International development  Mission.  Of course we need potential Parenting Donors and investors action to participate in their work as Donors, or investors, for we believe that our companies will determine our accomplishment. That is why we do believe Donors diversities platforms network. 

It is very important to show humility, respect to parenting donors for them to take a lead. However we do solely depend on the God of all Mankind for we know that even  if all  donors fail  us the God of Israel, the god of all mankind  never fails.

We shall implement Youth and Farmers agriculture skills training program at  any one  of  an  above listed  locations.  After that we  shall move forwards to Zimbabwe and then later  to Ghana. After  Zimbabwe project implementation  under USAID   Sponsorship agreement, we  shall attend their event in person to build strong  Global long term  Partnership with them  for their  International  development Mission.

 We also  want to announce to the world  that if  all donors  fail the God of  all mankind will help us to implement the project our self with support of  Friends and one  time  donors where we  believe that Potential donors  from every  corner  around  the globe will join. 

Why is it important to have a good relationship with donors?

 Donors want to know that their Sponsorship, Investments are making a real impact and that the organization is using their funds effectively. By building  a relationship with them. Compassion Soul Winners outreach international reassure donors that their Funding and resources will surely going to a good cause that they may even want to invest more for more impact. So donors, be at peace with us. Donor relations are important because we never know how each donor platform may perform join agreement to help our cause.

One thing we have observed in our Donors engagements and action Campaign is that, It appears, all the donors we  have come across  are connected with each other in one way or other. It means that once we destroy one donor relationship it may lead to all Donors platforms. So it is very important to keep all donors, investors in a relationship.  We shall do more searches to know more about donor’s relations that encourage long term engagements. We shall do direct phone calls what Sapp, emails, online meetings,  Phone, video calls  communications, attending their events in person  to  meet  them  in person,  Participating in their various Funding framed   work   programs,  Participating in the work of other institutions  projects,  events to build network  relations, Tender contract  opportunities and among others to build  long term  Donors  relations. We believe that Participating in various donors Investors   programs help to generate solutions to each of our projects and Social Investment business plans. 

This will ensure a reports and accountability to each donor platform without any conflict. We actually value, respect  and  welcome all  Genuine  donors  from every corner of the earth, however  a as  mentioned Contract agreement must lead. Because God has reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, we can reconcile with each other, no longer counting our offenses against one another. 

What do we  gain from conflict and  war is  not  destruction, death sickness and diseases. The word  seek and you shall find knock and it shall  be open

We would  be  updating our proposals and Budget and re-send them to our prospective International  Parenting Partners.

Aid Giving

Give to everyone who  solicit  help from you in time of need” “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.” Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven.

What does it mean? Whiles we  are still alive, the God  of all mankind will never come down from Heaven to give to help humanity for he  has already  release all the resources  that mankind need on earth. Investing into the life of  the poor is a  way of revealing the real love of God towards mankind and your Generosity will become a memorial in the sight of the God of all Mankind it does not matter the different believes  and Geographical Boundaries. There is no way one man or one entity can build Societies, it needs network inclusive approach to empower  each other, help  each other share resources  and Funding  with those who need  your help to help the poor.  

The God of all Mankind always want us to share our belongings and resources with  those  who are in need and t there are a possibilities for him  to make you a Chanel of abundant to help Mankind  in need.  The God of all mane will connect you with your  destiny helpers to help the poor no matter the challenges.

Those who care about the poor, the God of all Mankind is  capable to save their lives from Death, Sicknesses and bless them with divine health and long life for he  has made you and your network   a  Chanel of blessings.

Jesus Christ  left his Glory in heaven and took upon him a  form of  man and servant-hood and brought himself lower, so that all men can come to him and also to reach  all  mankind no matter  where  they are located. 

One reason is obvious: the manger points to Jesus' humble birth. It embodies a profoundly moving truth: that on his first night on this earth, the King of Glory, the Son of God, slept in a trough where the animals fed.

The wise men recognized that Jesus Christ was a king and, out of respect, brought Him gifts befitting a king. The scriptural account surrounding Jesus' birth tells of wise men traveling a great distance from the east to present the young Christ child with gifts. 

The  Donors, Investors  who do free Investment in  the life of  poor  see Kingship, Doctors  lawyers, Engineers, Financial Consultants, Bank Managers, Presidents professional  who help  to  contribute  to Global  economic and  well being of our world for all. Wise people always want to  invest into  people for them to reach their destinies. The Bible says, "Consider others as more important than yourselves" (Philippians 2:3).   Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered. NIV A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed and that the truth of Gods  word  that we  do  believe.

There are rewards attached to every  investment you will make to help the poor reach their destinies.

We know that there are  many  out there  who are doing good to help  mankind at  where  we  are operating, how  ever  if there  are   more  Organizations  who are providing helping hands to help humanity in need it helps.

There is  no  way Government alone can Organize Agriculture skills training program to help all  the  Needy in South  Africa, that cannot be possible, so if  Compassion Soul Winners Outreach International is taking part of Government responsibilities  with our network, that is a  great move to save lives. That why we  call for Investors, donors from around the Globe to take action to release  Funding and resources that will enable us to implement the Vulnerable youth and Farmers Agriculture skills training program on  30th January 2024

Aid  giving:

There is no argument around the core purpose of aid-giving, which is to address emergency needs, eradicate poverty and contribute to the development and economic growth in lower-income  Communities.   Donors, Investors,  give aid for Nonprofit Organizations to meet an  emergency needs  in our  Communities.
We may search for Donors opportunities from various donor platforms, however we are not depending on Donors competitions award programs. We depend on the God of all Mankind who can use any donors or investors to help meet our project's needs.

In our search on various Donor platforms, w e have found out that  various Framework, Job opportunities, Tender Opportunities that have been  post  does  not  match  the time framed that we  want to implement our projects  and  we  have not yet  found  any  Free  Aid  Giving opportunities that we can apply that will help us implement our project on 3oth  January 2024. Some of  the most of the  Funding Opportunities under Framed Work of  of Donor platforms  are posted for a  specific  Countries  which  Countries  where  we  are operating are not part of  it  Even though  we  are legal Registered Organization. As  we  have mentioned it several times , we  do not borrow from  Investors, donors to run Charity programs, we  do not do that. We rather search for  Donors, Investors   Aid  Giving and Tender Opportunities that may help to provide  solutions to meet  our projects  needs.

We also welcome any  Business  Contract  opportunities, especially supply Chain business  Contract for International Development in Africa.

Like as  mentioned already, we  do not  depend on  Investors, donors  Competition  opportunities at this  stage even  though  we  may find it in our  search.

That is  what our Donors, Investors  action Campaign is all  about.

Every impossibilities can become possibly unto them that believe. 

There are no human or Social Issues  that have got no solutions. Within every challenges there are solutions, and the solutions will not come from heaven. The God of all Mankind have already provided the solutions on earth and among  people. If we comes together and focus on dealing with Social Issues that destroying lives in our communities, every one play their part without any deception and selfishness, trust the God of all Mankind, every impossibilities can become possibly!

 Luke 18:27 says

The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. It means that means that problems that humanity is going through everyday in their lives, there some people who are costing those problems.

THE POWER OF FOCUS

What is the true meaning of focus?

 To concentrate attention or effort. focus on the most pressing needs.,

Focus can also can be define as will power and self discipline. Remez Sasson wrote that  concentration is the ability to direct one’s attention following one’s will.

Which means, the meaning of concentration is  control of attention  to deal with our current pressing needs of our new project of Youth and Farmers Agriculture skills Training program. We are not going to allow anything to distract our attention.

Our Donors, Investors action and delivery  Campaign aim to help us  Implement our Fresh and new project of Youth and Farmers Agriculture skills training and  skills development program In January. We  have opened our doors also for Tender Opportunities  Contract that will help us to generate resources and  solutions. How  ever we  may participate in the work of  various  Donors  Funding opportunities  programs  that may help to cover our Agriculture skill's training project and other projects. That will depend Donors  Funding opportunity  that may be  available or  Tender  Contract.

We shall let the world know any delivery action from Investors  or donors. 

The Main Focus of our new  approach project and objectives  implementations aims to contribute to human development and the development of rural areas whiles we are still alive. When we comes to spiritual things  that belong to  the God of all Mankind  as we call upon him.

What is Proverbs 4 25 say? 

Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.

Our  eye is set on the God of all  Mankind who  can use anybody to invest in our work.

THE GOD OF ALL MANKIND IS NOT A RESPECTER OF PERSONS.

Acts  10:  1-36

 At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment.  He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, “Cornelius!” Cornelius stared at him in fear. “What is it, Lord?” he asked. The angel answered, “Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God.  Now send men to Joppa to bring back a man named Simon who is called Peter.  He is staying with Simon the tanner, whose house is by the sea.” When the angel who spoke to him had gone, Cornelius called two of his servants and a devout soldier who was one of his attendants.  He told them everything that had happened and sent them to Joppa.

Peter’s Vision

9 About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. 10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners.  It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds. Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.” “Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.” The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.” This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.  While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon’s house was and stopped at the gate.  They called out, asking if Simon who was known as Peter was staying there.19 While Peter was still thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Simon, three[A] men are looking for you.   So get up and go downstairs. Do not hesitate to go with them, for I have sent them.” Peter went down and said to the men, “I’m the one you’re looking for. Why have you come?”  The men replied, “We have come from Cornelius the centurion. He is a righteous and God-fearing man, who is respected by all the Jewish people. A holy angel told him to ask you to come to his house so that he could hear what you have to say.”  Then Peter invited the men into the house to be his guests.

The next day Peter started out with them, and some of the believers from Joppa went along.  The following day he arrived in Caesarea. Cornelius was expecting them and had called together his relatives and close friends.  As Peter entered the house, Cornelius met him and fell at his feet in reverence. But Peter made him get up. “Stand up,” he said, “I am only a man myself.” While talking with him, Peter went inside and found a large gathering of people.  He said to them: “You are well aware that it is against our law for a Jew to associate with or visit a Gentile. But God has shown me that I should not call anyone impure or unclean.  So when I was sent for, I came without raising any objection. May I ask why you sent for me?”30 Cornelius answered: “Three days ago I was in my house praying at this hour, at three in the afternoon. Suddenly a man in shining clothes stood before me  and said, ‘Cornelius, God has heard your prayer and remembered your gifts to the poor.  Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. He is a guest in the home of Simon the tanner, who lives by the sea.’  So I sent for you immediately, and it was good of you to come. Now we are all here in the presence of God to listen to everything the Lord has commanded you to tell us.” Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism  but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right. 36 You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, announcing the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.

Some Religious or  a church, believe that no  human  being living under this  sun is  righteous except them alone which  we  do not  believe in that. Some of them believe that every good  things must  come from them or  must go to them, which  we  are also do not believe in that. Some of them  believe  that it is only  those  who are holding Bibles  and  preaching in the pulpit  are only ones  who are doing the right work of God  which  we  also do not believe in that.

We do believe that every human being  who render any  good services  weather  spiritual or  physicals services that benefit humanity  especially  to those  who are mostly in  need is the work of God and the God of  all  Mankind  recognize them as  righteous. Some people will never  put their feet at a religions or a Church premises, but their services  to  humanity have   become a memorial in the sight of  God.

No  Church or a Religion can  save, it is only the God of all Mankind who can.

And he can use any one to save. I do believe in Jesus Christ  of  Nazareth as my personal Savior, not a  religion or   Church  Savior.

Do  you know  that the  Judgment, will start from a  Church  or a  religion  because  some of them are wicked? They preach  to people but they never practice what they preach because their  heart are far  from the  God of all Mankind.

Deception is  their home  they  deceive  the poor and take the little that the poor  have from them and  make the poor  suffer the  more. Those  people need  repentance and  Change of mindset for  them to have their freedom. We do not  hate them  we love all  Mankind, that is  why  we  are telling them the truth. We are not here  to  expos them we are here to help.      

REPENTANCE AND CHANGE OF MINDSET

What are the 5 steps of repentance? 

• Step 1: Confession: Tell some one that the wrong you are doing to your Nab our is not right thing to do.
•  Step 2: Acknowledge you were wrong.
• Step 3: Express sorrow from your heart.
• Step 5: Ask for forgiveness. : what you will say  and your  action  will show  weather  you are repented  or  not.
• Step 6,. We must forgive each other.

Change of Mindset:

Following are some ways to think and behave in a more positive and optimistic way:

1. Identify areas to change: Know body know  you better than yourself, for an example, your  actions towards your Nab ours    your attitude  will determine weather  you will draw positive people closer to  you or  you  will  let the  go out from your  live.
2. Check yourself why do you work with the person? Is based on Marriage relationship or Business Relationship or based on both
3. Be open to humor. Get Closer to the person and express clear Communication in one in one Communication, not through  Social  Medias  post.
4. Follow a healthy lifestyle. Which means doing things that make us  happy and feel good  not  deception. 
5. Surround yourself with positive people.: Surrounding yourself with positive people is essential for a fulfilling life. Positive people can have a profound impact on your mindset, mood, and overall well-being. On the other hand, negative people can bring you down and drain your energy. Positive people are a source of inspiration and motivation. If you  always  want to listen  to negative people about  the work we  are doing in helping  humanity, you may loose focus and do things  that  may bring  distraction in your  life or in your work 

  6,  Practice positive self-talk.

Positive self-talk makes a person feel good about themselves. It can encourage and motivate a person to keep going, look on the “bright side,” and put things into perspective. Examples of positive self-talk are, “I am really happy for myself,” “I am doing well,, i can do it even if i make mistake, practice  make a man prefect, Investors, donors  who have got sense of direction will surely deliver their investment, these are some of the positive declaration that keep us going. 

LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE BEFORE  MEN

No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lamp stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven" (Matthew 5:15-16).

We have never embark Investor, donor Campaign before since  we started the organization till three months ago. which has help our work gained recognition globally. And believe people are Glorifying the God of all Mankind in this regards there more need to be done.

Fulfilling the right to sustainable human development  on common purpose between  our Organization, Investors and donors in this difficult times for Public services   requires appeal to global donors and Investors to deliver  investment in our  new approach  Projects, programs and activities. We do believe that Investors and donors are already there. The next step is for  them to understand our financial conditions due to the covid-19 Situation that affected our work and  cash flow as self help nonprofit with friends, volunteers and one time donors.

As the year is getting to an end, we call for donors inventors  not waiting till we  entered  into  new year, the needs  are now, not only in new year. We are in the raining season that is good for our Agriculture skills taring program that will help  the youth  and the Individuals Farmers to grow their seed and crops, not waiting till next year. What  is the  meaning of conflict?
. Conflict is   the disagreement or difference of opinions between or among individuals that can be potentially harmful to any organization. In the workplace setting, it often involves personal agendas, insights, or goals versus the agendas, insights, or goals of the group or team.

That is why we always find a way to resolve conflict. We do not hate anyone
A times we block people on twitter in order to resolve conflict and then unblock them again latter. All Donors or Investors are very important. We value all Donors and Investors around the Globe.
With that Said our new approach that we have implemented in our work in working in collaboration with Investors or Donors through their platforms is through negotiation or Based on agreement.

We have observed from various Investors platforms that they have got various types of Funding, Tenders, Contracts and Framework Opportunities.

We are going to apply new strategies to work with the various Donors, investors platforms in order to avoid conflict or crash.

We are here by announce to the world and to all Investors, Donor platforms that, we shall seek an opportunities  from various investors, Donors platforms for each one of our Projects and Business plans  in order to avoid Conflict and fight about our work. We have already Mentioned it several times that we do value all Donors, Investors from around the Globe.

So please understand that if we apply for an opportunity through your platform, for an example if we apply for Funding for Farmers agriculture skills training program, we are not going to apply the same type of Funding opportunity  from any other platforms even if your Opportunity is for various  Inventions approach.  we shall apply for only one opportunity.

WE ARE NOT FIGHTING WITH ANYONE WE ARE IN TO HELP.

We prepared ourselves before  extended our work  to south  Africa in 2012, that was the sense of direction we  got. All  the  expenditures  of our work from  2012 to June 2015 is  from our  own  pocket and the support of friends. The only support we  got from South Africa is food Donations from Company. We  went back to Ghana in June 2015.  We  came back  to  South  Africa  in 2019  and  reconstituted  all  the Organization  legal Documents  by our own pocket  money with support of Friends. In 2020  the Organization new projects implementation  took off  by our own pocket money and  support of friends. The Covid-19  Situation  came in and destroyed all our projects. With  passion,  Sacrifice  and self help, one time  donors and support of Friends. We managed  to  keep  the Organization operation alive till date.

About 2- 3 months ago, we  recognized that there  is a  need to embark  Global  Donors, investors  campaign for recovery that will help us to implement our new projects  and programs  plans which we are still doing underground work for implementation.

By Gods  grace  through our  online Campaign our work have gained recognition Globally.

We have submitted  our proposal to one of  investors  for start up  Business Funds for our new projects implementation, which we  are still waiting for their advise and vetting to proceed  the work with the investor.  We are not fighting with anyone.

All  that we  are saying is that Sensible   Investors or donors   who have got sens of direction to invest into our work will surely take an action and deliver their investment.

We also know  that Investors  cannot take action  at the  same  time  for the same  projects. Some may take action in future. That is  why we  are approaching  Investors  one at a  time.

Since we started the Organization in Ghana and brought it to South  Africa  and Zimbabwe. We have never embark  Donors, Investors  campaign before. This is our first time.

Why  South  Africa projects and Zimbabwe.?

We came to South Africa through sense of direction. We aim to operate through and flow both in Ghana, South  Africa  and Zimbabwe for Sustainable impact.

We may not set our  feet  in the land of USA, but trust  the God  of  all  Mankind he can still accomplish his  purpose for our work. What does it mean? There  is no  need   to come to USA before  we  can get  help from USA, if they really  may want to help our work. They can support  our work through their digital Donors platform or through  their Organizations.

Our Organization has appointed various   candidate and attended  UN  Events  at new York about  3 Times. We have submitted our reports including challenges with proposal request 

There is nothing like getting Funding support from UN Institutions. We may come to  USA  when  it is needed. But if  it is  Funding support, the support we  need  can come from anywhere including  USA and other developed Countries.

HOW DO WE EXPLAIN CONFLICT?

A conflict is a struggle and a clash of interest, opinion, or even principles. Conflict will always be found in society; as the basis of conflict may vary to be personal, racial, class, caste, political and international.
Conflict can occur when colleagues do not understand and accept each other's approach to work and problem-solving. Different Values: every workplace consists of individuals who see the world differently. Conflict occurs when there is a lack of understanding and acceptance of those differences. 

We would like to express our appreciation to all Prospective donors, investors  who show interest in our Cause from around the Globe. All of you matter  and we  value all of you without any discrimination.  “The human mind is the most deceitful of all things. It is incurable. No one can understand how deceitful it is. I, the LORD, search minds and test hearts.

The  heart  and the motive behind anything that you do to help humanity is very important.

You may use  deception to get  what you want but  take note that at the  end of it all everything in your life  will end up  wrongly.  You  may think everything in this world belong to you, but within you and in your  mind you will know that you are lacking  what is call an Inner joy  that your  wealth cannot buy it!

Our message to you this  morning is that  stay  away  from  deception! for it is a dangerous  weapons  that can destroy your  destiny no matter how you may see yourself. The God of all Mankind  sees  our heart  and our  mind not our  Possessions.
We know from our sincere  heart that the work we are doing in  helping  humanity are from good heart with good motive and it is honorable work and it is the heart beat of the God of all  Mankind. That is  why we are not giving up despite Challenges.

 We know that genuine donors with sincere heart with good motive will surely connect with us and take action with us to help. That is  why we value all friends, individuals, volunteers and one time donors who have provided their Contribution no matter how small it is. Because they did it from Sincere heart it is still Keeping the Organization operation alive together with our support that is why we say we are self help. Friends, Volunteers one time donors have   seen  our Initiatives and they are provided  their Contributions.

How ever we  have come to the point that donors engagement and action needed to help  implement our new  Projects.

We believe that genuine donors, sponsors and investors may need  to get these  clear explanations. We are still  doing underground work. From  time to time we  shall update our website and Social medias with new contents.

If we   depend on donors promises by now the Organization operation is dead for life.
We depend on the God of all Mankind, Creative Ideas, Donors action and  Business network.

We do not depend on donors competitions   and promises.

If there are resources  or  Funding available and have  got no purpose to  restore  lives, uplift lives  and destinies then that  wealth are  amount nothing.

The Covid-19 Situation has cost great negative impact to our work, how ever the truth is that we do not move by what we  see we move by faith an trust in the God of mankind who in him there is no a respecter of persons.

2 Corinthians 9:8-15

 As Scripture says, “He gives generously to the poor; his generosity is everlasting.” God, who provides seed to the sower and gives bread for food, will provide and multiply your “seed” and increase your harvest of generosity.

Christ Jesus said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32). It is the positive mindset and Inner joy that keep us going despite Challenges.
