Early childhood Education development
Early childhood Education development is a comprehensive program designed to support the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of young children. Through engaging activities, interactive learning experiences, and nurturing environments, children are guided in their early years to build a solid foundation for future success in education and life. 2500 Children have benefited from this program. This program were affected by Covid-19 Pandemic Challenge that is why Investors or donors action needed for recovery that will help us to implement the same type of new project. The following needed in our implementation. Teacher training Programs, Fees for vulnerable groups in nursery schools, Stationary , school chairs and tables, playing toys, Teachers writing Board, bookshelf, Projectors. School feeding program, school block building. We provide after schools and during vocational classes for kids who are not yet enrolled in order to enroll them. We aim to implement and launch three nursery schools, however that cannot be done without Funding or resources. COMPASSION SOUL WINNERS OUTREACH INTERNATIONAL Agriculture skills training Projects. I started the Organization by self help, and the support of Friends, one time donors and volunteers till date. We Started the Organization in remote areas, with various projects implementations, Including Youth and individuals farmers for Agriculture skills training programs which was a good practice that can help to increase Agriculture Entrepreneurs in remote Communities. It has not been easy till date due to the lack of resources and Funding. The Pandemic Situation also affected our Finances a lot that Investors action will help us for recovery for our fresh and new project implementation. Taking stock of main recommendations and good practices from previous projects, carried out on the issue of social economy supporting resilience of rural communities, that will be funded under Investors Can really help us implement our new approach projects and Business Inclusive network for rural developments. We aim to offer agricultural skill training Program, Agriculture development and empowerment for youth and individual farmers. This program will provide them with a solid entrepreneurial foundation and provide a platform for their first venture, thus providing them with hope and a future for food security and food production. To invest in the lives of Youth and Individuals farmers can empower them to become potential Agricultural business entrepreneurs and employees, through training, mentorship and support, which expose them to all the principles of effective business and sustainable Agricultural production. Our new approach projects that we aim to implement under Investors relate to our previous project and explained how the work were proving very difficult due to the lack of Investors and Potential Donors network. We were participating in UN Events as we have attained UN accreditation with consultative status were aiming to get stake holders to help our work, but unfortunately there was nothing like that to get help. We approached some Churches which we were aiming to work with them for the same, they did not show interest for Partnership and investment or sponsorship even though three of them provided one time donations. With that said. Getting Donors, Investors investments can be a turning point for our work. Having network both local and International Regions under Investors can boost Freezable operations and Capacity building. It shall Benefit Countries in which we are operating and Foster growth and sustainable development in remote Communities. The concept and methodology to help address an above mentioned social Challenges are as follows: 1, We shall deal with the Challenges one at a time. For an Example this proposal aims to get Funding available under Investors program to help youth and Individuals farmers skills training program. We shall use the Funding available for the same projects accordingly within 12 months Period. Which will involve inclusive or network approach that will help to tackle the Challenges that the youth and an Individuals Farmers are going through every day in their lives? 2, We shall continue to search for various Social Innovation Funding opportunities, Tender Opportunities, that may help to deal with each projects. I am working with Office bearers that we do have meetings if there is a need. We shall conduct meetings and present the structure of business plan with Board members position each one of them in the drafted business plan. We shall also employ qualify skills providers and emplace them in the business structure plan. An expect employees will work with the youth and the farmers in regular basis to monitor mentorship for project progress and development. Once our proposal to investors is approved, these project is automatically becomes the projects of Investors. Network Inclusive Approach with different Organizations from Global Communities will be apply.. We shall recruit Agriculture Institution and professionals. We shall Recruit Other Companies or an Organization who will help us establish irrigation system for the program. The Youth and an Individual's Agriculture skill training project is establishing in South Africa which will extend it to Zimbabwe and Ghana in future. During the skill training program the Organization will run Agriculture development program in remote areas that will help Increase employment and Job Creation. We have got financial management department who will manage day today expenditure and Income of the Project and activities. We shall seek other alternatives to run social Business such as supply chain Business network or any other business that will help to generate income and resources for our projects. We shall engage in activities that will help generate income and resources to save money. Example we shall avoid an expensive activities that will cost us too much money and go for the one that will save money to make more impact. We shall draft a Compensation pay role structure with our Bank and Financial consultant for each worker including me as a Chair person and projects Implementer. Each work Package will be established where by each work will get pay from our Bank to the Bank account of each worker or a recruiter. We shall always find a way to do something that can help us protect our Finances even though an uncertainty may happen. We shall continue to search for Funding and Tender Opportunities that will help to increase resources and Funding. In our budget of every income 20 or 30% of every income will be save for Future Uncertainty or Opportunity, Which means that we shall open separate Bank account for that. We shall also invest in various Business Opportunities in due time. This project focuses on Youth and an Individuals Agriculture skills training program which will provide them with a solid entrepreneurial foundation and provide a platform for their first venture, thus providing them with hope and a future for food security and food production. To invest in the lives of Youth and Individuals farmers can empower them to become potential Agricultural business entrepreneurs and employees through training, mentorship and support, which exposes them to all the principles of effective business and sustainable Agricultural production. Agriculture is the one sector of the economy that maintained positive growth momentum in South Africa. Policymakers identified as part of the sectors to drive economic recovery and job creation. I am the overall operations of Compassion Soul Winning Outreach International. I am the Chair person and the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) working with the Compassion Soul Winners Outreach International team. Even the responsibilities of the Organization. I supervise staff members and programs, including policy building and implementation. I also take decisions and Contribute personally to the Organization in time of need. Since I started the Organization in Ghana and brought it to South Africa and Zimbabwe I am the one who was in a qualified position to appoint Board members, Change Board members. I have worked alone for the Organization and on behalf of the office bearers in difficult times, even since the Covi-19 Pandemic Challenge time till date when it comes to field work. At the moment, I am working alone on the field both online and offline and working together with team members in terms of meetings if there is a need to have meetings . I am also working together with Board members by providing them reports at the meetings. Our Financial Situation at the moment does not allow us to appoint full time workers. That is why donor action or Business Contract is needed. We would like to invite you to join us, together we shall have a more productive impact in our Communities. As a member of the Team Action Campaign for Donors Action, the Donors action Campaign plays a crucial role in mobilizing resources and support for the organization projects. We will work closely with other team members to develop fundraising strategies, create compelling donor appeals, and manage donor databases. Our goal is to inspire individuals, Cooperation, to take action and make a meaningful impact through their generous contributions. We believe that Donors action will help to ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization's programs and initiatives. VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: As you may know, honesty is the best policy. Sometimes some donors think that Nonprofit Leaders or administrators do not have patience. It is not like that it is the situation of the vulnerable group. We wish to meet urgent needs, but the work is proving very difficult due to the lack of Donors action and Business Contract. We have also observed that in our correspondence with donors, some donors are playing tricks and deception for a self centered network. Some also want us to wait according to their own preference time even if it is one year or two years that they will take action with us, they want us to wait for them. But we do not operate like that. Whether you will take an Immediate action or count yourself out till the time you may get ready for, we are not going to wait for you! That is why the first come the first. We believe that every business relationship needs to build on trust, whether long term or short term. If there is no trust, then do not waste time at all. We also want to emphasize that until donors take action with us and provide their first delivery , weather donations, Sponsorship or business Investment contract, all donors are considered as prospective donors and we aim to connect with diverse Donors platforms. Any Donor that will take action and deliver first. The world will know it through all Social Media networks, Radio Stations, TV Stations, News Papers Magazines to create awareness. We have reached over 3, 500 vulnerable groups, Including, Children, youth, women men and those in old age. We aim to reach 10,000 people by 2026. We are still a self help Entity, sporting by one time donors and friends, do not be deceived by anyone! Genuine donors or sponsors action needed. Donors who are ready can take action now. Those who are not ready please count yourself out of this donor action campaign. You are welcome anytime you are ready. There is a large range and space for Donors and Investors action between 2023 to 2026. Funding opportunities that we are Interested in: One time donations, Social Grant, Business grant, Business Investment opportunities. Grant programs, Agency opportunities and all Kinds of Business Negotiation or direct contract or agreements: We can also be adopted with an agreement for Full sponsorship based on delivery documentation action agreement, not based on promises or Competition. Programs that we are not Intrested in: Competition programs, Deception Programs and activities, Programs that do not promote democracy and freedom, Programs that will lead to dept. Program on dept or Loan for Social work and among others. Please take note that we are not partnering with any Entity who are Providing Investment in our work. Youth Skills training Program
The Youth Skills Training Program aims to provide young individuals with essential skills that will empower them and enhance their employ ability, through a combination of theoretical and practical training. Participants will develop expertise in various fields such as agriculture, entrepreneurship, technology, and vocational trades. This program is designed to equip the youth with the necessary skills to excel in their chosen career paths and contribute to the economic growth of Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe where we are operating. Through this program 35 youth in Ghana have got their own shops and some have got employment opportunities . We are currently in the process of embarking on the same program in South Africa to empower youth. We would also help them to acquire social services skills and knowledge that will help them to lead the Organization Programs in the Future. We shall take them through counseling through Biblical based for them to do well for Companies growth and Productivity. This project will help to reduce the following Social ills that en-deviling our Communities: 1, Drugs addiction, 2, Unemployment, 3, Immorality 4, Poverty, 5, Hanger 6, Sickness and diseases 7, Crises 8 Homeless 9, Early Death. two Companies have opened their doors for the youth to go for free training. How ever the following Needed for us to implement and Launch this projects. 1, Transport for the youth to travel from locations to the skills training programs with Companies. 2, They need food 3, They need training materials for training Once this Program get started thousands of Companies will open their doors for the youth which can help a lot of youth to acquire skills they need to empower their future.
