Our Observation Issue in South Africa is Racism and wrong mindset, because we are foreign organization from Ghana. Mean while we are genuine legal Registered Nonprofit Entity with a prove of relevant documents. Our observation from outside South Africa especially in USA Communities shows more concern about our work and the crises our organization is going through. How ever it appears they want us to come to USA for network. That is my observation as Nonprofit leader that i am corresponding with them everyday. I have already had a meeting with board members that any approval Funding application that we shall get outside South Africa, we aim to visit any Corporate Entity or an Individuals who may approve our application in person. The reason is that it will help us to unlock more network, Funding and Social Business opportunities. That is my observations. 2, People & Skills – the skills, expertise, experiences of staff, board and volunteers The strength, skills and expertise of Board members is very weak since the COVID=19 situation till date. The various platforms that we are embarking advance Education programs, i provided the link to them about two months back, no action till i started mine which i am still encouraging them to join me. Still it appears time to join is not available. How ever they do respond to meetings that is where they are effective from my observation. As a private-sector Public benefit Nonprofit organization, leadership is an essential factor in any endeavor., we do not think of leadership only as the CEO. or the Chair person. We do believe that a nonprofit has a second leading force.
Leadership is one of the most essential factors in the success or failure of any human endeavor. Without capable and efficient leadership, even the best and great Ideas will Amount to nothing. In the nonprofit sector, leadership functions uniquely as a partner with the board of directors, rather than the topmost authority in the organization. Our Organization need Partners Executive leaders, Parenting leaders who have got the same passion to help us lead the Organization vision and mission.
Leadership Positions:
If you have checked very well as a servant leader or the director for our Nonprofit, I am most concerned with two major differences: I rely on a voluntary workforce and on less attractive than average compensation packages, and I focus on impact rather than gaining profit for myself. That is why despite the Covid-19 Situation that affected the Organization operation. I am still doing my best out of the love of the God of all mankind and Sacrifices ,we are keeping the organization mission alive. That is why I value a few friends who are helping. Appreciation for their support!
However, another major distinction many do not consider is the distinction between a leader and someone in a leadership position. Some one may have good ideas and could speak like a leader. But putting someone into a leadership role does not give a person leadership skills. This applies to all leadership roles, from the CEO to the team lead. As a servant leader, when we are in good position of finance, We shall hire CEO's and set an agreement measures for what hiring should look like throughout the organization. Which means that the CEO's, Donors, Investors or Volunteers will Function in the areas where they show interest and an expect as well as passionate about our Organization mission. We shall make sure that we shall promote the good work of all stake holders on all the Social medias and Traditional medians. That will give us massive influence over our organizational culture as a whole. We are building and connecting with leaders that may approach us and say what can i do to help your good cause? Leaders that if we approach them for their support they will provide genuine advice, leadership[p skills that will help us to achieve the Organization goals and Mission. Those are the donors, volunteers and investors leaders that we need in our Organization. We need leaders that always listening to our words or our request for an advice even if they are not in the position to help.We need leaders that may want to Participate in our work as Stake holders to assist where they show interest, and specialized to help. It is a practice of including all stake holders in organizational contexts. We are in the process of placing Critical potions in our Organization for Capacity building and a positive impact from Global Communities!
Parent Partners are parents who were formerly involved with the welfare for the work of our organization, especially in difficult times and who have helped us what they can. We do appreciate one time Donors who have played their part to help and few friends and individuals who are still helping. At this time we are increasing and Including Commitment of the organization board members, extended Executive Board of directors, Parenting stake holders. Those are the leaders that we are working on and asking for their commitment for our new Social Business and projects implementation at new areas in the Region of South Africa, Zimbabwe and Ghana.

We need leaders that may want to Participate in our work as Stake holders to assist where they can and show interest, and specialized to help. Respect, humility to all leaders is one of our priorities.! That being said, smart boards do not allow themselves to be steamrolled by a CEO either, regardless of how much we respect them. Ultimately, both sides are working toward the same end goal and ensuring the other is on the same page to impact lives together. We Consider the checks and balances in place that no one group has too much power. That is our new strategic path for all leaders who may want to Participate in the work of our Organization through an agreement.
As Servant leader , part of our job is to work with and supervise the CEO, like any manager might supervise their report. The level of teamwork and who carries which responsibilities can vary widely depending on the type of work our nonprofit does,We are responsible for directing and enabling the organization, and The CEO or director will be responsible for accomplishing the work that the board points to.
Professional relationships are essential at all levels, but the relationship between our board and a CEO's, Volunteers, donors, Investors will set the stage for how the entire organization will operate. We are ready to get the best out of our chief executives, Volunteers, Donors and investors who may show commitment, by giving them our best as well. The truth is that we are not a self centered and deceptive Organization. We are building new Organizational structure that will benefit Nations!That is our new approach.

Managing Problematic CEO's
Not every CEO is going to be a good match. The board and the chief executives will work closely together, but they also each have areas of responsibility and authority that they will be acting alone in. Identifying potential issues with our CEO is essential to understanding how to move forward with them.
We know that donors and investors that their Funding Framed work and Innovations programs match our work are going to approve our Funding and Social Business applications on their platforms. One time donors such as gifts and volunteers will also Function as such in our Organization. We shall create rooms for all in our operations!
Insubordination CEO
As a Servant leader of the Organization we shall not entertain Insubordination Leaders or deceptive leaders in our Organization and aim not to connect with one in our new leadership commitment approach.
If a CEO, Volunteer, Donors and investors Partner fail to do what they promised they will do, then they have already removed themselves from our Organization.
We do not operate Based on promises and Competitions. We always operate according to our means, the resources and Funding available by donors including Business contracts.
Financial auditors who will work together with the Finance Board will Function in the area of their expect. They will work and manage our Cash flow expenditures, Compensations, Salaries, and Payment agreement on contract or hiring based.
Genuine inclusive network all the way. We aim to extend our network approach as soon as possible to one of the following countries by attending Conferences and Social Businesses events, USA, UK, CANADA, GERMANY, JAPAN and among others. Genuine Donors inclusive approach all the way.
