Team Action Campaign for Donors action.
I am the overall operations of Compassion Soul Winning Outreach International. I am the Chair person and the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) working with the Compassion Soul Winners Outreach International team. Even the responsibilities of the Organization. I supervise staff members and programs, including policy building and implementation. I also take decisions and Contribute personally to the Organization in time of need. Since I started the Organization in Ghana and brought it to South Africa and Zimbabwe I am the one who was in a qualified position to appoint Board members, Change Board members. I have worked alone for the Organization and on behalf of the office bearers in difficult times, even since the Covi-19 Pandemic Challenge time till date when it comes to field work. At the moment, I am working alone on the field both online and offline and working together with team members in terms of meetings if there is a need to have meetings . I am also working together with Board members by providing them reports at the meetings. Our Financial Situation at the moment does not allow us to appoint full time workers. That is why donor action or Business Contract is needed. We would like to invite you to join us, together we shall have a more productive impact in our Communities. As a member of the Team Action Campaign for Donors Action, the Donors action Campaign plays a crucial role in mobilizing resources and support for the organization projects. We will work closely with other team members to develop fundraising strategies, create compelling donor appeals, and manage donor databases. Our goal is to inspire individuals, Cooperation, to take action and make a meaningful impact through their generous contributions. We believe that Donors action will help to ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization's programs and initiatives. VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: As you may know, honesty is the best policy. Sometimes some donors think that Nonprofit Leaders or administrators do not have patience. It is not like that it is the situation of the vulnerable group. We wish to meet urgent needs, but the work is proving very difficult due to the lack of Donors action and Business Contract. We have also observed that in our correspondence with donors, some donors are playing tricks and deception for a self centered network. Some also want us to wait according to their own preference time even if it is one year or two years that they will take action with us, they want us to wait for them. But we do not operate like that. Whether you will take an Immediate action or count yourself out till the time you may get ready for, we are not going to wait for you! That is why the first come the first. We believe that every business relationship needs to build on trust, whether long term or short term. If there is no trust, then do not waste time at all. We also want to emphasize that until donors take action with us and provide their first delivery , weather donations, Sponsorship or business Investment contract, all donors are considered as prospective donors and we aim to connect with diverse Donors platforms. Any Donor that will take action and deliver first. The world will know it through all Social Media networks, Radio Stations, TV Stations, News Papers Magazines to create awareness. We have reached over 3, 500 vulnerable groups, Including, Children, youth, women men and those in old age. We aim to reach 10,000 people by 2026. We are still a self help Entity, sporting by one time donors and friends, do not be deceived by anyone! Genuine donors or sponsors action needed. Donors who are ready can take action now. Those who are not ready please count yourself out of this donor action campaign. You are welcome anytime you are ready. There is a large range and space for Donors and Investors action between 2023 to 2026. Funding opportunities that we are Interested in: One time donations, Social Grant, Business grant, Business Investment opportunities. Grant programs, Agency opportunities and all Kinds of Business Negotiation or direct contract or agreements: We can also be adopted with an agreement for Full sponsorship based on delivery documentation action agreement, not based on promises or Competition. Programs that we are not Intrested in: Competition programs, Deception Programs and activities, Programs that do not promote democracy and freedom, Programs that will lead to dept. Program on dept or Loan for Social work and among others. Please take note that we are not partnering with any Entity who are Providing Investment in our work. All the platform we are connected, we are not full member, there is no any Partnership agreement, there for none of them have got power on our Organization. Their rules and policies have got nothing to do with us.
