We are creating a new Organizational model Structure as ongoing program that have created a clear platform and opportunities for an expect volunteers from around the globe where you can come to exercise your Gift, skills, Knowledge, Talent, experience and your expertise to help build new Organizational business model structure for Capacity building for Organizational Development and growth for Positive impart in Africa and beyond. Operating In a Changing World. Acknowledgment of Indigenous Territories. I am Currently based in South Africa for Global Communities Inclusive and Inclusion approach since 2019 till date even during the Covid-19 Situation. Just by Challenges, by faith, I am approaching Global Communities engagements both online and offline for Organizational New Business model Structure and Capacity building which will help to serve humanity better, which is in progress. Some from Global Communities have already come on Board that helping in Kind. What we need at the moment are Funders Action Commitment which i believe that one Funder action commitment can unlock an action of others Our Nonprofit Finance Fund: We are community-centered organization led by and serving vulnerable groups both in Urban and Remote Local Regions and aim to extend our services to Global Communities through network inclusive approach Helping them access resources and Basic necessities they need to meet their Gods given potentials! To get there we need the following Stake holders: 1, Trusted Partners. 2, Genuine Donors, Volunteer investors and Businesses Contract opportunities commitment. We also need to request Commitment of NFF as our Nonprofit executive Director or parenting Partner who may supports our nonprofit leaders through financial training and advice to navigate big decisions and plan strategically for our new Social Business and projects objectives implementations. It is not easy to start Nonprofit organization here in Africa by self help with limited capital and resources especially if life uncertainty cert in like covid-19 Situation. I also had serious accident in south Africa whiles we were still in the process of building our Organizational new Business module structure. Even though few friends and one time donors played their part to help, how ever they were also affected by the Covid-19 situation. That have lead to Organizational crisis. We are genuinely legal Registered Organization with the prove of relevant Founding documents. Our goal for our online Education programs from variuos platfroms are as follows. 1 To Position our organizations to sustain and adapt our more impact. 2, Better understand financial dynamics of the current operations as well as growth and change! 3, Build capacity for strengthened financial management, resilience and data informed decision making. We have embarked an above mentioned programs and acquired more knowledge from NFF Team and still learning more from them. Part 1 – Learning goal 1, Build shared awareness about the Needs in our Communities 2, Identify strengths & building Donors, volunteers and investors inclusive commitment to navigate an amidst uncertainty 3, Building Organizational new Module Structure for Capacity building 4 How do we do this if the Nonprofit leaders are lacking Knowledge Funding and resources needed? The building must start from the leaders.ship training which we are embarking on these task through online advance education Programs from various Institutional platforms including NFF platforms. Aligning Money to our Mission and Values: .Our Vision is to bring resources to underprivileged members of communities, including providing food, water, medical care, Skills development, education Job creation, Micro Finance, Grant programs through partnerships with Global Communities. we aim to make an impact in the lives of those in need. Our mission is to extend God's love through compassion and Sharing Gods word to those who otherwise would not have access to the word of God and basic necessities. We believe that these are how we can reveal the real love of God towards Mankind.We are not Church based organization rather Communities s drive programs neutral Organization. Values: Honesty, integrity, kindness, generosity, courage, Faith and confidence. FINANCIAL DECISION-MAKING: Our financial decision-making is a crucial aspect of our Nonprofit new management. It involves choosing between available alternatives to achieve financial goals. From budgeting to investment choices, every decision aim to impacts financial stability and growth for more impact in the lives of vulnerable group. In other words our Financial decisions are leading to Social impact in Nonprofit sector “The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the importance and the agility of our Private Public benefit organization, especially in a crisis cost by Pandemic challenge that we have never recovered from it. often we do not get much attention. How ever we are not overshadowed. Our work have gained recondition in Global Communities that we ar currently approaching various Volunteers, Donors and Investors in Global Communities for their Commitment to help us re Stall the Organization effective opp orations for appeal for Funds for our new Social Business and projects strategic objectives implementations Our organizations have the most intimate on-the-ground pulse of what neighborhoods and families really need since the COVID-19 situation till date. Thank God for his grace and mercy that we are not dead, we are still alive. Even though we are in critical situation for recovery and for rebuilding. How ever we trust the God of all mankind that, as we are approaching various prospective Volunteers, Donors and Investors Teams for their Commitments, restorations may take place! Assessing our Strength: 1, Relationships & Reputation – our partnerships, networks and reputation, and access to community resources In local Community in South Africa, we have approached South Africa Government by approaching their Agencies several times as well as approached various Organizations and Businesses and shared our story, no responds. We have observed that. Organizations and Companies outside Africa especially in USA shows more concern and shows an effective corresponding than those from Africa Communities. Our Observation Issue in South Africa is Racism and wrong mindset, because we are foreign organization from Ghana. Mean while we are genuine legal Registered Nonprofit Entity with a prove of relevant documents. Our observation from outside South Africa especially in USA Communities shows more concern about our work and the crises our organization is going through. How ever it appears they want us to come to USA for network. That is my observation as Nonprofit leader that i am corresponding with them everyday. I have already had a meeting with board members that any approval Funding application that we shall get outside South Africa, we aim to visit any Corporate Entity or an Individuals who may approve our application in person. The reason is that it will help us to unlock more network, Funding and Social Business opportunities. That is my observations. 2, People & Skills – the skills, expertise, experiences of staff, board and volunteers The strength, skills and expertise of Board members is very weak since the COVID=19 situation till date. How ever as Nonprofit servant leader that i know all the Board members can leave the Organization during crises, i use to go to them in their houses to encourage them to be alive in the Organization especially when there is a need for meeting and Documentation Issues. The various platforms that we are embarking advance Education programs, i provided the link to them about two months back, no action till i started mine which i am still encouraging them to join me. Still it appears time to join is not available. How ever they do respond to meetings that is where they are effective from my observation. How ever i am approaching prospective extended Executive Board members, volunteers and parenting Partners for their Commitment for their skills, advice, resources and Funding. Our work and Impact. Since 2008 to 2024 We have impacted more than 15 000 lives by self help and the support of Volunteers, one time donors, few reieds and Individuals. Financial – the alignment of financial resources to pay for what we do - delivering and supporting the mission in the immediate and longer term; That is our biggest Challenge here in Africa, due to the lack of knowledge about essential of Nonprofit for Social Change, due to poverty, due to wickedness and selfishness and lack of resources. These are our biggest Challenges. Those who have helped and few individuals and friends who are still helping are been done out of the love of the God of all Mankind and Passion. And %90 of those who have helped all those who are still helping are from Ghana and Nigeria. The most beneficiaries are 1, South Africans, have benefited more, 2 Zimbabwe that is my observation. What will be a solution 1, Prayer, we believe in prayer for Gods divine connectivity that can break every hindrances. 2, Effective Campaign and email Marketing to Global Communities. 3, Any Investors or a donors who will show their commitment first to deliver Funding, we would like to visit them in person that can also helped to unlock more Funding and contract opportunities from Global Communities. 4. Network assets, through Social Business contract, Free direct grant from grant providers, Donations from Crowdfunding Campaign platform. Government and Foundations grants Social Business contract can help a lot! These commitment can help us to meet our goals including a surplus building net assets. Beneficiaries for our new Social Business and projects objectives include Poor Families, Children, Youth, Men, and those in old age/ As you may know the needs are evidence. And we aims to impact 200 lives in each Country at a time or at combination depending the availability of Funding and resources. Trust in Management Management will decides how the money will spend for our new projects implementations, programs and activities. Through Money-generating ventures for our projects. How we would be Building Comprehensive Financial Strength: 1, Consistent Surpluses 2, Healthy Social Business Model 3, Mission Success 4 Capital Structure 5 Reinvestment into the Business Model Next Steps we would consider: 1. We would check where we stand: Would Celebrate and take stock of our key strengths 2, Would be drafting our financial story with clarity and without apology 3, We are already Communicating the outside world about what our organization needs? Telling our Financial Story: There will be no fear, shyness or secret to share our Financial story. As Nonprofit Volunteer servant leader I must know, own, and effectively articulate our organization’ financial story. By communicating this story well, genuine leaders will build trust and credibility, contextualize financial reports, connect finances to our mission, and advocate for our organization needs is an essential. We would be crafting a compelling financial story for our organization with budgets, dashboards, financial statements, and other materials, we shall applying techniques for getting to know our various audiences, positioning our financial story for each of our audiences, and engaging our board and other stakeholders during this times of crisis in our Organization.
