I am the overall operations of Compassion Soul Wining Outreach International I am the Chair person and the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) working with Compassion Soul Winners Outreach International team. Even the responsibilities of the Organization.
I supervise staff members and programs, including policy building and implementation. I also take decision and Contribute personally of behave of the Organization in time of need. Since I stared the Organization in Ghana and brought it to South Africa and Zimbabwe
I am the one who was in qualify position to appoint Board members, Change Board members. I have worked a lone for the Organization and on behave of the office bearers in difficult times, even since the Covi-19 Pandemic Challenge time till date when comes to field work.
At the moment, I am working a lone on field and working together with team members in terms of meetings if there is a need to have meetings . I am also working together with Board members by providing them a reports at the meetings. Our Financial Situation at the moment do not allow us to appoint full time workers.
That is why donors action or Business Contract needed.
We would like to invite you to join us, together we shall effect more productive impact in our Communities.
Please take note that we are not full member in any of the donors platform we are connected with until we may get Partners from any one of the platforms who may deliver their investment or sponsorship for our work
Until then no Donor platform rules has got power on our Organization. Such as UN, EU, UNSAID. Their Policies and rules have got no power on our Organization until we get Partnership investment, network or Contract agreement.

AFRICA NATURAL RESOURCES:
The God of all mankind does care about how we treat the earth and Natural Resources which he has given us for a home. When God created man and woman, the Bible tells us, “God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground”
He placed Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden “to work it and take care of it.
God gave us natural resources to use to make our lives better, but he also gave us the ability to exercise wisdom in our use of these resources. “The Bible also warns against the misuse of those resources or exploiting them in the wrong or greedy and deception way. You see, how we use (or misuse) our resources affects other people as well as ourselves. If we waste the earth’s resources today, not investing into the lives of those in need, we will be harming our children and grandchildren or our future. Jesus said, ‘In everything, do to others what you would have them do to you’. This can be applied to the way we treat our earth and people living on it and its resources as well as our ordinary relationships.

We are at the moment reaching vulnerable groups in their doweling places in Kemp ton Park and Tembisa Communities. We are reaching various Nursery schools as well for Early Childhood Education Development empowerment that will help to increase enrollment.
We aim to extend it to Zimbabwe and Ghana as part of our current Operation.
We are also approaching Companies and Institutions for skills training and skills Development programs for youth and women that may help for Skills development and also to help increase employments.
We would be creating awareness in this regards.
