My name is Francis Asomaning.I am the overall operations of Compassion Soul Winners Outreach International.
I am the founder, the president and the CEO of the Organization working with team membrs. Even the responsibilities of the Organization.
I supervise staff members and programs, including policy building and projects implementation. I also take decision and Contribute personally on behave of the Organization with support of freinds, one time donors.

Since I stared the Organization in Ghana and brought it to South Africa and Zimbabwe I am the one who was in qualify position to appoint Board members, Change Board members.
I have worked a lone for the Organization and on behave of the office bearers in difficult times, even since the Covi-19 Pandemic Challenge time till date when we comes to field work, for the Organizayion Financial situation at the moment do not allow us to employ full time workers.

We strive to bring resources to underprivileged members of communities, including providing food, water, medical care, Skills development, education Job creation, Micro Finance, Grant programs through partnerships with Global Communities. we aim to make an impact in the lives of those in need. Our mission is to extend God's love through compassion and Sharing Gods word to those who otherwise would not have access to the word of God and basic necessities. We believe that these are how we can reveal the real love of God towards Mankind.We are not Church based organization.
