I started the Organization by self help, and the support of Friends, one time donors and volunteers till date. We Started the Organization in remote areas, with various projects implementations, Including youth and individuals farmers for Agriculture skills training programs which was a good practice that can help to increase Agriculture Entrepreneurs in remote Communities.
It has not been easy till date due to the lack of resources and Funding. The Pandemic Situation also affected our Finances a lot that Investors action will help us for recover for our fresh and new projects implementations. Taking stock of main recommendations and good practices from previous projects, carried out on the issue of social economy supporting resilience of rural communities, that will be funded under Investors Can really help us implement our new approach projects and Social Business Inclusive network for rural developments. In our outreach we have come across thousands of vulnerable groups in our communities that going through Financial crises and suffering from poverty due to the lack of Education, Sills, Funding. Even tough we helped some of the Farmers in their Farms and also some youth who were interested in Agriculture from our own pocket, how ever we were in the process of helping them with agriculture skills training program, but unfortunately in 2020 that covid-19 Situation came in and destroyed all our projects.
Thank God we have got thousands of creative Ideas that can help to create Change in the lives of the vulnerable groups in our Communities. How ever without the Donors and Investors engagement and action the Ideas will amount nothing. Nonprofit present valuable Social Business Ideas to Donors from Government sector, Donors from Private sector and donors from public sector how ever it is donors who will decide if Our Ideas, Social Business objectives are viable to help the Countries where we are operating.

There are a lot of fertile lands in the Countries where we are operating that We can purchase or hire for this program.
That is why we are going to approach all Kinds of Donors platforms with our presentations for Funding and resources and the world will know any investors or donor who will take action with us for our valuable Ideas, Social Businesses plans and objectives.
We rely wanted to implement this project on the 30th January 2024 with the Funding and the resources we have with support of friends. How ever we have found out that Potential Investors or donors needed that can help us embark this project for a very long and sustainable way to offer agricultural skill training, Agriculture development and empowerment that can help to create job for thousands of youth and individual farmers. This program will provide them with a solid entrepreneurial foundation and provide a platform for their first venture, thus providing them with hope and a future for food security and food production. To invest in the lives of Youth and Individuals farmers can empower them to become potential Agricultural business entrepreneurs and employees through training, mentorship and support, which expose them to all the principles of effective business and sustainable Agricultural production. Agriculture offers an opportunity to improve the lives of millions of food-insecure people and help countries develop economies that create jobs and raise incomes . Soil testing will be involved in the program to determine soil characteristics, such as texture, stability, plant nutrients, fertility, acidity or alkalinity, or toxicities and among others. It will help us Identify the type of Seed or Crops the Youth and the Farmers need to sow or plant in every Country where we are operating.
We have found out that South Africa and Zimbabwe are very good places to do Maize, Fruits and Vegetables Agriculture programs and Ghana is very good for Cocoa production, including maize, Cassava, plantain Vegetables Banana, Palms and among others. Helping Farmers to reduced tillage and the use of adequate tools and equipment can contribute to this common goal. The tasks of land preparation and weeding can be made less lab our intensive through the use of improved hoes, row planting, drought animal powered rippers, harrows and planters
Helping farmers to squire skills and knowledge will help them to produce more Products to help reduce food insecurity poverty and Global food Crisis.
Our new approach projects that we shall implement, relate to our previous project and explained how the work were proving very difficult due to the lack of Investors and Potential Donors network. We were participating in UN Events as we have attained UN accreditation with consultative status were aiming to get stake holders to help our work, but unfortunately there was nothing like that to get help. We approached some Churches which we were aiming to work with them for the same, they did not show interest for Partnership and investment or sponsorship. even though three of them provided one time donations.
With that said. Getting Donors, Investors investments can be a turning point for our work. Having network both local and International Regions can boost Freezable operations and Capacity building.
It shall Benefit Countries in which we are operating and Foster growth and sustainable development in remote Communities.
The concept and methodology to help address an above mentioned social Challenges are as follows:
We shall deal with the Challenges one at a time.
For an Example this proposal aims to get Funding that will be available to help youth and Individuals farmers skills training program. We shall use the Funding that will be available for the same. Which will involve inclusive or network approach that will help to tackle the Challenges that the youth and an Individuals Farmers are going through every day
in their lives?
We shall continue to search for various Social Innovation Funding opportunities, Tender Opportunities, that may help to deal with each projects from Global Communities. I am working with Office bearers that we do have meetings if there is a need.
We shall conduct meetings and present the structure of business plan with Board members position each one of them in the drafted business plan.
We shall also employ qualify skills providers and place them in the business structure plan. An expect employees will work with the youth and the farmers in regular basis to monitor mentorship for project progress and development.
Network Inclusive Approach with different Organizations from Global Communities will be apply.. We shall recruit Agriculture Institution and professionals.
We shall approach other Organizations who will help us establish irrigation system for the program.
The Youth and an Individual's Agriculture skill training project would be established in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Ghana starting from South Africa to help Increase employment and Job Creation. We have got financial management department who will manage day today expenditure and Income of the Project and activities. We shall seek other alternatives to run social Business such as supply chain Business network or any other business that will help to generate income and resources for our projects.
We shall engage in activities that will help generate income and resources to save money.
Example we shall avoid an expensive activities that will cost us too much money and go for the one that will save money to make more impact.
We shall draft a Compensation pay role structure with our Bank and Financial consultant for each worker including me as a Chair person and projects Implementer. Each work Package will be established where by each work will get pay from our Bank to the Bank account of each worker or a recruiter.
Our Appeal for Funds Raising Campaign aims to get financial support from Donors platforms to help us implement our Youth ad Farmers Skills training program on the day of 30th January 2024
We are sending Proposals to all Kinds of Donors platforms Globally asking for Parenting Investors and Donors who may have a sense of Directions to Sponsor our work. We would be contacting Donors platforms Presidents direct to build personal relationships in order to build trust and call for action.
We are embarking on a Fundraising Campaign to engage Donors, Investors action due to the following reasons:
1, We need parenting Donors, Investors who may care about our cause to work with us for a long way, for there is no way we can do it alone.

Innovation approach to tackle homelessness Challenge.
Africa today is facing an unprecedented breakdown in the structured family life as we have known it, caused by poverty and "modernization". This situation is real and is a clear and present danger to our defined social order. Due to the increasing poverty and modernization, structured family patterns in Africa are undergoing definitive changes. Because of breakdown in family units, vulnerable youths and children are finding themselves on the metropolitan cities, without any support structure, making them susceptible to a plethora of social ills, including drug/alcohol addiction, AIDS/HIV infection and lack of basic education/ life skills.
With that said, the European Commission approach of Combating homelessness is an important social policy that we are ready to participate in such an Important Program! We started this approach between 2012 to 2014 and found out that, Addressing homelessness Challenges require Global Communities involvement, that is why we shall congratulate European Commission by Introduced this very important Global subject of (Social innovation practices to combat homelessness) There were approximately more than a million street kids in South Africa in 2012 which we managed and helped 20 of them out from the street and went back home that they never came back to the street anymore. However Homelessness are still increasing more than before due to the lack of proper Policy structure, Funding, resources and Covid-19 Situation has made the homelessness situation worse.
Our new objective project:
Our new objectives approach to tackle homeless are as follows:
To conduct an effective outreach to reach homeless youth, kids and adults in the streets and reach their Families as well in their homes locations. From our previous program we found out that the increased incident of homeless street children arises from among others: *Financial stress through increasing poverty levels in the communities. *Breakdown of the family structure through moral decay *The ease with which illicit drugs and alcohol are getting to the youths. The outreach will focus on counseling through Biblical based to inculcate hope in them and draw their attention to taking them back home.
Our new approach projects that we aim to implement them under Donors, Investors action relate to our previous projects . The Organization Started in Ghana in 2008 where we were serving refugees Children and children located in other remote areas, such as Refugees Camp Kasoa in the Greater Accra region We have reached remote Communities, tomefa village in the Greater Accra Region, We also reached Takorawase, Ebomso, Asoum, Akim Anamase, and among others in the Eastern Region of Ghana. From 2018- 2012 we reached 10 villages. We provided services as follows:
Feeding scheme for Refugees Children, we put 50 of them in various schools through after school classes. We also Organized Vegetable Farm for twenty widows in Akim Anamase. We Organized Free Bibles Distributions to five villages. We supplied textbooks to , First fruit primary schools. We Organized Youth skills training program with a Company called Adonai Welding Fabrication metal works in Ghana. We extended our Feathers to South Africa in 2012 by reaching homeless kids, women and the Families who are mostly in need in Kemp ton Park, Tembisa, Orange Farm, Lunthunguru Communities. We came to a point where we found out that there is no way we can proceed the homelessness program due to the lack of Funding and Resources. However our new approach operations have opened a new Chapter for us to help kids and youth out from streets and connect them back to their Families for human sustainable development and remote areas developments.
We shall build Partnership with Individuals and Cooperate Institutions both in local and International Communities as we are already building Partnership with the following entities: Time save express- Freight forwarding Company based in South Africa where we share the same office., Bid air Company, who also offer air and sea Cargo services Globally who are also based in South Africa and we are located right at OR Tambo International airport. We have got Adonai Technology metal services that based in Ghana. We have got Driver training Center, located in Ghana as well as connected with Unique Compassion Soul Winning Foundation in Ghana which I am the founder as well. We have worked with the homeless and the vulnerable groups since 2008 till date, We have done one in one interviews with them and have heard different types of stories from them and found out that, poverty is one of the most significant root causes of homelessness. drug Abuse is one of the factors. Domestic violence is another, mental health problem and among others. our previous approached provided a solution for 20 homeless and they went back home which they never came back to the street. our new approach programs have provided more Creative solutions Ideas for implementation as we receive Investors sponsorship. The target group of beneficiaries are Children, youth and adult The following are the ways they will Benefit. 1, We shall reach out to them with the real love of God as we did previously and this time the love will accompanied with more action for change.
We shall Provide food for them in the street after sharing the word of hope with them and would be talking to them one in one through counselling. We shall approach re-habitation Initiatives prospective Partners how they may assist us to put them in their re habitation program. If there is no space, we shall approach more of them to help. We shall involve Social housing Initiatives from both local and International Communities to help. We shall involve government Social workers and among others. *There will be more Inclusive aggressive action campaign to create awareness for communities involvement both local and International Communities to help in tackling social ills on a day-to-day basis.
If someone becomes homeless they may find it difficult to care for and protect themselves and cope with existing life challenges. Lacking safety, security, privacy and the support networks of friends and family, they may become particularly vulnerable to violence, abuse, crime and exploitation. Target groups and activities Here are they, Migrants/refugees, Children, homeless, People in vulnerable situations with disability, not in Education, Employment or Training and Persons with disability.
We shall Embark an effective campaign call Global Social Innovation Cooperate Campaign to combat homelessness The campaign will be done through all Social medias platforms, Radios stations, TV stations, newspapers and through email Marketing, peer to peer campaign to meet Business, religious, Institutional and all kinds of Business leaders in person and online to promote the work of Investors how their Generosities are affecting positive change in remote Communities.
We shall attend Investors Events in person to demonstrate how their Funding helping and transforming destinies and remote Communities. That will depending after we have received Donors, inverters sponsorship and implemented the project. obviously there are some areas that will be accomplish in short term and some areas that we shall proceed.
OBJECTIVE PROJECT FOR YOUTH.
The Youth Skills Training Program aims to provide young individuals with essential skills that will empower them and enhance their employ ability, through a combination of theoretical and practical training. Participants will develop expertise in various fields such as agriculture, entrepreneurship, technology, and vocational trades. This program is designed to equip youth with the necessary skills to excel in their chosen career paths and contribute to the economic growth of Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe where we are operating.
Through this program 35 youth in Ghana have got their own shops and some have got employment opportunities . We are currently in the process of embarking on the same program in South Africa to empower youth.
We would also help them to acquire social services skills and knowledge that will help them to lead the Organization Programs in the Future.
We shall take them through counseling through Biblical based for them to do well for Companies growth and Productivity.
This project will help to reduce the following Social ills that en-deviling our Communities:

We shall make announcement to the world to create awareness for Investors action and delivery of Funding and resources, that is why until then do not be deceived.
We shall call for Board members meeting including our Financial auditor and Financial Management Board to share how the Fund will be used to implement the projects as the Grant sent to us. There is a possibility to Open Bank account with European Investment Bank to work with them as well. After we have received the Grant, we shall tackle an Issues that can yield Immediate results first before tackling the ones for long term. For an Example, In our outreach, we have found out that there are homeless and migrant who have ended up in a street due to the Influence of drug abuse even though they have got homes and place to stay in their origin locations. If their heart and their mind are set are relay to accept Change through counselling, the Change can take place in order to take them back home without wasting time for we have done it before in our previous activities. And the rest of the activities that need to be continue will be continue From our observation from the previous activities, we found out that some of the homeless, migrant, we spent lot of time on them before Change took place. Above all, Account abilities reports to Investors will be very important including our reports to governments.

Africa today is facing an unprecedented breakdown in the structured family life as we have known it, caused by poverty and "modernization". This situation is real and is a clear and present danger to our defined social order. Due to the increasing poverty and modernization, structured family patterns in Africa are undergoing definitive changes.Because of breakdown in family units, vulnerable youths and children are finding themselves on the metropolitan cities, without any support structure, making them susceptible to a plethora of social ills, including drug/alcohol addiction, AIDS/HIV infection and lack of basic education/ life skills. We started this approach between 2012 to 2014 and found out that, Addressing homelessness Challenges require Global Communities involvement, There were approximately more than a million street kids in South Africa in 2012 which we managed and helped 20 of them out from the street and went back home that they never came back to the street anymore. However Homelessness are still increasing more than before due to the lack of proper Policy structure, Funding, resource and Covid-19 Situation has made the homelessness situation worse!
Our new objectives approach under any Genuine Donors or investors is to conduct an effective outreach to reach Migrant or homeless youth, kids and adults in the streets and reach their Families as well in their homes locations.
From our previous program we found out that the increased incident of homeless street children arises from among others: *Financial stress through increasing poverty levels in the communities. *Breakdown of the family structure through moral decay *The ease with which illicit drugs and alcohol are getting to the youths.The outreach will focus on counseling through Biblical based to inculcate hope in them and draw their attention to taking them back home.
Our new approach projects that we aim to implement them under any Genuine donors. The Organization Started in Ghana in 2008 where we were serving Refugees Children and children in other remote areas, such as Refugees Camp Kasoa in the Greater Accra region. We have reached remote Communities, tomefa village in the Greater Accra Region.
We also reached Takorawase,Ebomso, Asoum, Akim Anamase, and among others in the Eastern Region of Ghana. From 2018- 2012 we reached 10 villages. We provided services as follows:
Feeding scheme for Refugees Children, we put 50 of them in various schools through after school classes. We also Organized Vegetable Farm for twenty widows in Akim Anamase We Organized Free Bibles Distributions to five villages. We supplied textbooks to three nursery schools.
We Organized Youth skills training program with a Company called Adonai Welding Fabrication metal works in Ghana.
We extended our Feathers to South Africa in 2012 by reaching homeless kids, women and the Families who are mostly in need. We came to a point where we found out that there is no way we can proceed the homelessness program due to the lack of Funding and Resources. How ever our Social Innovations new approach will help for us to help kids and youth out from streets and connect them back to their Families. We shall build Partnership with Individuals and Cooperate Institutions both in local and International Communities.

Entities who are embarking similar task will help with Temporal accommodation between 1 to 3 Months for Re-habitation program which we shall work together with them to take the homeless back home.

Domestic violence is another, mental health problem and among others.Pour previous approached provided a solution for 20 homeless went back home which they never came back to the street.our new approach under EU Social innovation practices to combat homelessness program have provided more Creative solutions Ideas for implementation as we receive the grant The target group of Beneficiaries are Children, youth and adult The following are the ways they will Benefit.1, We shall reach out to them with the real love of God as we did previously and this time the love will accompanied more action for change We shall Provide food for them in the street after sharing the word of hope with them and would-be talking to them one in one through counselling.
We shall approach re-habitation Initiatives prospective Partners how they may assist us to put them in their re-habitation program. If there is no space, we shall approach more of them to help.

Lacking safety, security, privacy and the support networks of friends and family, they may become particularly vulnerable to violence, abuse, crime and exploitation.Target groups and activities Here are they, Migrants/refugees, Children, homeless, People in vulnerable situations with disability, not in Education, Employment or Training and Persons with disability.
We shall Embark an effective campaign call Global Social Innovation Cooperate Campaign to homelessness campaign will be done through all Social medias platforms, Radios stations, TV stations, newspapers and through email Marketing, peer to peer campaign to meet Business, religious, Institutional and all kinds of Business leaders in person and online to promote the work of EU how EU Funding affecting positive change in remote Communities.We shall attend EU Events in person to demonstrate how EU Funding helping and transforming Destinies and remote Communities.That will depending after we have received the grant and implemented the projects, obviously there are some areas that will be accomplish in short term and some areas that we shall proceed. We shall Introduce various team members who will be recruiting for their services including the whole projects activities, what need to bed one in short term and what need to be done in long term. We shall find out where the Office bearers can Function very well and recruit them in that positions, as well as discuss an expect recruitment , or employment. We shall discuss how many expects and team will need to be recruited and their Compensations and will discuss, an equipment and Facilities needed that will help to implement the project, the units areas of the project, Immediate needs and future. Transparency is one of our priorities. Our Financial auditor will play a Major role for accountability books keeping, including Financial Management board and Financial Consultant which may be our Bank. After we have received the Fund. There is a possibility to Open Bank account with European Investment Bank to work with them as well.After we have received the Grant, we shall tackle an Issues that can yield Immediate results first before tackling the ones for long term.For an Example, In our outreach, we have found out that there are homeless and migrant who have ended up in a street due to the Influence of drug abuse even though they have got homes and place to stay in their origin locations. If their heart and their mind are set are relay to accept Change through counselling, the Change can take place in order to take them back home without wasting time for we have done it before in our previous activities. And the rest of the activities that need to be continue will be continue From our observation from the previous activities, we found out that some of the homeless, migrant, we spent a lot of time on them before Change took place.Above all, Account abilities reports to EU will be very important including reports to Governments.
